Terrible customer service. Realms within is better. If I ask a question you shouldn’t make me feel stupid about something I didn’t know its rude and hurtful.

*Update: Mark , the owner had banned me from his store not because of my reviews but because of a denied opportunity to work at his store. Long story short before writing the reviews his manager had lied on me saying “She doesn’t want to work here because the job is too far away”. They had mislead me and when confronted they started denying and trying to make it seem as if I was causing drama on purpose. I have been trying to CONTACT Mark but every time I did either someone would hang up or they would create an excuse for me not to speak to him. Not to mention I had tried to apologize about the review in person but Miranda went off on me before I could even say anything and was so mad she wouldn’t even let me speak while I was explaining everything that had happened, yet you want to claim that you’re forgiving and compassionate. But you’re not and really proved that to me. So Mark if you’re reading this: I have been a loyal customer to you since you opened up your business. And for 6 years you made me feel as if I was family up and even told me to my face that you would’ve loved to have as in employee you told me that back in June of 2017 and for 5 years straight every time you guys kept saying you’re hiring I had my application there for years.I will never forget how many times I showed support through social media and spiritual events. This review is for the Sticks and Stones at the Town Square location and a shout out to Taylor, one of the managers. My son bought me a candle for Christmas while we were visiting from Hawaii. When I returned home I tried to burn the candle but the wick was defective. Taylor graciously sent me a replacement candle at no charge. I was very impressed and appreciative for her level of professionalism and customer service. The store itself is stocked full of metaphysical supplies such a singing bowls, pendulums, resins, incense, essential oils, sage sprays, Himalayan salt lamps, and gemstones. I bought my husband a beautiful amethyst quartz stone. They also have scratch and win card for either a discount on your entire purchase and free gift items like a bracelet for karma, luck, protection, etc., White Sage leaves for smudging, pins, and bamboo toothbrush! I found this shop on google trying to find another place in town to get affordable supplies for my spiritual journey. They had a much bigger selection than I was expecting for very reasonable prices. They are also soo informative! Everything came with info cards and a QR code to pull up guides for beginners! Even their website made me want to visit! I am no longer allowed in this shop unsupervised, on my own accord. Due to the fact that I came out with waayyy more than planned. lol I even spent enough to get a free crystal infusion water bottle! Which I have been wanting for forever! The vibes are very inviting and the employees are kind and knowledgeable.
