Terrible costumer service I checked the website before get to the store they have some jewelry with prices in his website but when I went to the store everything is completely different and they answer “oh don’t Pay attention to the website” and I said but that’s supposed to be the oficial website for the company and the guy told me “I’m the owner and the prices are wrong in the website” so I said ok so that’s fake right? RIPPED OFF!!!!!! BEWARE EVERYONE! I took my ring to have a diamond replaced here only to be told we don't honor the work and them pass my ring to the man that did the work and him deny in my face he replaced the diamond and that it was not his work. Then act like oh well. We ripped you off and you suck it up. As a honest woman that allowed them the honor of working on my ring. My son moved to california and asked me to pick up his bracelet that he had this establishment fix fir him. I went in to get the bracelet. The clerk that I was working with asked me for my ID. I gave it to her. She had me sign the receipt showing that I received the bracelet. I attempted to place the bracelet on my wrist and it fell to the ground so I began to question what he had fixed on the bracelet. A different unprofessional female was behind the desk.
