THE ABSOLUTE BEST EMPANADAS I'VE EVER HAD! I love this place so much that I come here nearly every week. When my friends and family come into town this is one of my first stops. I followed them around in their Food Truck all over the valley to get these Empanadas. I always order 3 chicken and 3 beef. My girlfriend gets extra Chimichurri and puts it on everything I swear. Not only is the food amazing but the customer service is outstanding. I get my food fast, I'm always greeted with enthusiasm and everyone has a great attitude. Ordered 1 empanada and she said it will take 7 minutes. Went back after 10 minutes and she said a few more minutes. Went back a 3rd time and she said a couple more minutes and said they had a large order to bake too. If she knew a big order was placed before mine, then give a more accurate wait time. From the time I ordered, it probably took about 20 minutes and my empanada was raw. Really disappointing because it was my first time and I only ordered one and it was pale and visibly underbaked.
