I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zaragoza Jewelers and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Kevin Silva. From the moment I walked through the door, Kevin greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.

Alexia is the one I go to every time, super friendly and professional - fair prices and a great selection of jewelry. I always like supporting family business instead of big corporations & the Blvd mall is where I got my first job so I always love helping them stay up float.

Update: 5/15/21 After being a loyal customer to Zaragoza I will no longer support them. I bought a gold cap for one tooth and it was fine, a year later I came in to adjust the cap and had to redo the molding since it was not fitting at all. After being told they will call me in when my cap was ready, they never did - I had to call and be on top of them because they’re lack of professionalism and communication was lacking. Two weeks later I come in and the man who does the adjusting had left already for the day - once again lack of communication in telling me that he would be gone before 5pm. I come the next day, after many adjustments and it was just not fitting. They wanted to charge me for a whole new cap and if I was going resell it I would only get $25. My cap has scratches and dents from all the adjusting it’s been through. The guy doing it was getting frustrated with me like it’s my fault that the cap wasn’t fitting right. BUYER BEWARE: Quick version: They don’t use real diamonds, if you have bought from here go have your piece appraised and you will see what I am talking about. They trick you by using Moissanites (lab created diamonds which are fake) and cheapest on the market along with lowest Quality metals and stamping them with 14k.

You let two 15 year olds buy all these pieces of Jewlery without any question. You wouldn’t take back the Jewlery knowing that minors came in your store and you sold to them regardless. The managers exact words: “we saw a sale and took that opportunity, to my credit your son looks older so why would we question him.”

Finding all this out I went and got my engagement ring and wedding ring appraised and what do I find out? Moissanites and a quality of less than 10k on 14k stamped rings, They are garbage!! It was bad enough that the “diamonds” I’m sorry no, the moissanites kept falling out and you would never fix it, or I thought that was what was bad. Now I know why no Jeweler wanted any part in fixing this and my insurance wouldn’t approve it as being insured.
