WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ONE STAR IF I COULD

We bought our house over 5 years ago and have ordered from them more than 20 times every time the order was over $40. So today I buckled under and ordered Chinese for dinner which we hadn’t done in a long time with me on my diet. I placed the order online at 2:30pm for delivery at 4:30pm since I got off work at 5pm. Jonathan would have the food ready for us to have dinner together before he left for work at 6pm. Well Jonathan calls me at 3pm to tell me they delivered the food already. So now the food is gonna sit for 2 hours before I get to eat. So I nicely call China House to complain. They originally were nice and told me they were so sorry for the inconvenience. They told me they would be refunding my money and that we could keep the food.
The next thing I know Jonathan calls me again saying they sent a delivery person to come pick the food back up which by this time had already been sitting for over and hour and half at our house waiting for me to get home from work. I’m really ticked off at this point so I call back, again not cussing or raising my voice I nicely tell them I’m getting very irritated and that I have been a long time customer that I do not understand why I was told we could keep the food and get the refund for their mistake. The worker tells me he has no control over any of this and that the manager would call me within 5 minutes. So I get a call from this random number when I answer the man says is this the lady from Stephens City, I said yes he then cuts me off and says “DO NOT CALL US, DO NOT ORDER FROM US ONLINE AGAIN. WE WILL NOT DELIVER TO YOU IF YOU ORDER AGAIN. FIND A NEW CHINESE RESTAURANT TO ORDER FROM” then he hangs up. I’m royally ticked now...I then get a call from the worker at China House who says I’m so sorry I can’t do anything about this. The manager says you can no longer order from us. He says you were refunded the money and have a nice day. I then cut him off and said this is the worst customer service I have EVER received. I said your manager lies to me telling me we could keep the food and get the refund then tells me we cannot order anymore because your business keeps messing up. I told him I promised I would be posting about this on any forum I could find. So here I am....

Read moreWe have ordered from this place a few times now. We always choose this place just because its conveniently right down the street and also because the prices are decent. For the third time now, we have received sub par curteousy and service. I understand we are in a pandemic but we are treated like we have the plague when we try to pick up our food. This time we were told the order would be ready in 15 minutes, upon arrival we had to wait an additional 10 minutes. When asked if there were chopsticks in the bag we were told there were. Upon checking the bag, there was none. They grudgingly gave us the chopsticks. Then we got home and the order was wrong. We got sesame chicken instead of sweet and sour chicken... I called back in to let them know the mistake in case we received someone else's food. Then waited for the manager to get on the phone an additional 5 minutes who then proceeded to insinuate that we had in fact just ordered wrong because the check said "sesame chicken". He then said he would get the person who took the order... honestly I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble. It's a simple mistake, and the least they could do was just offer us a credit or something the next time we order since we spend 30+ dollars everytime we order there and since we didnt actually get what we ordered. They did offer to remake our order but at this point we have already waited a total of 30 minutes for the first order and dont want to drive back out again. Next time we will drive a little furthur and spend money somewhere where they actually act like they want local support during...
Read moreMy husband drove for this Chinese lady who is extremely rude and pretty much a thief to customers and staff...Lynn and many others who has left these truthful reviews since 2012 trying to let others know to stay away from this place...we got a delivery service for which we have OUR customers ask us to pick up Chinese food from anywhere..considering they dumped on my husband he still have them the business...to put it frankly she was rude to my husband...why is this lady so rude to so many in this community...people should really pass these reviews on to family and friends...we posted truthful pics of them storing food on the floor...they get a lot of internet orders from beyond menu but they are a paid service and won't post bad truthful reviews...they just bought a home so they plan on living here long time ...we in this community need to send this husband wife a message bout there rudeness and learn to treat us better or go back to...
