Roma On the Go — Restaurant in Winchester

So many ridiculous things about this place. Firstly i ordered items on the menu for delivery that they didnt even have and was still charged for them. When i call they say oh well since we didnt have the cookie brownie we just charged u a dollar for the cream sauce on your pasta...what??? That wasnt what was originally said..then i have my order conformation and online reciept and when the delivery driver gets here he gives me a reciept saying i owe 3 dollars more so i call them and they said oh maybe its a delivery fee or something....well maybe that should reflect on my original bill...then i get a pasta that is bland and gross and to pay a dollar for cream sauce you would think it would be creamy instead its watery and no flavor....the poor delivery guy didnt even get a tip cuz all i had was the original price and a 3 dollar tip and then the price changed when he got here i called and the lady on the phone acted as if she could care less....all around horrible experience. I will not eat here again ever horrible food horrible service and was overcharged and done nothing about this...terrible...

I'm new to the area and was recommended Roma. On Jan 27th me and my GF where heading home from a night of bowling and craving the Hot honey pepperoni pizza. ( The best pizza I've ever had) We where about an hour out and ordered online since it would take about that long to make. To keep a long story short we where late to get home for the delivery.

This is where the 5 stars come in. I wish I got the gentleman's name but he went above and beyond what I would expect from a delivery driver. He gave me a call (while it's pouring down rain) says" he's here," I explain "I'm going to be late just leave it at the door it's my own fault if the pizza gets wet since I'm not there". He then says "Don't worry about it I will wait for you, I will keep the pie warm in my car."

I've never had a pizza guy wait for me to get home to make sure I got my order fresh and not wet from the rain. AMAZING work to the gentleman and Roma that night for going above and beyond. It speaks volumes about your staff members and...

Roma to Go has always had great food, which is why my place of business always orders from them. Their customer service is terrible! A salad was ordered and an item was left off that I was charged for. They were contacted and informed of the error and asked to send the correct salad. They send another salad an hour later, and its a completely different salad than what I originally ordered. Not even close to being the same salad. Instead of apologizing they made excuses as to why THIS ONE, was also wrong, which no excuse made any sense. They bring another salad, and we ask the guy to please wait because we want to make sure its the correct one this time, since its now the third salad we received, and he replies with, "There's nothing I can do." ......??? What you can do is take it back, again, and return it if its incorrect, plus give me a refund. Then he proceeds to ask for the other salad back, when we originally offered the first one back, though it was their error. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Will not be ordering from...
