We were out of service for the Internet for 9 days. We visited this store 2 days in a row and were LIED TO by 2 different people that the LINE Crew was coming out that day and nothing happened. The online app and AI help was useless no matter how many service tickets I created every evening after constantly not showing up and when I was able to get an appointment with their sub contractor this poor man had to run a whole new line from the house to the service Pole across the street it took him over 2 hours in a 100 degree heat to help us. It could have taken a line Crew 30 minutes with a bucket truck and the trucks are 10 minutes away from this house to their back mountain road office. This sub contractor went way above and beyond to help us get service again and then I found out if I had not given him a good rating that Xfinity wouldn't pay him OMG he deserves more than just a 10 rating. Now I go back to the Xfinity store to get my bill adjusted I was lucky that I had gotten the manager Nathan who did get the bill adjusted and as he was doing it one of the techs that lied to me came back from lunch? I mentioned that he was one of the guys who said that a line crew was coming out that day, unfortunately Nathan said that they were only going by what was on the computer screen and that ALL of the service tickets were showing up on the computer it's just the line crews didn't follow through with ANY of the service tickets. Now Nathan did help me and was going over the bill and got the adjustment corrected properly to my satisfaction. As for Xfinity and the non existent customer service online and by phone is horrible not to mention the bill has increased every 6 to 12 months and is now $172.69 for Basic Internet and Basic TV service. Ended up with a offer I couldn't refuse. 5lines for $10 a month for 10 months. $120 after that. 2 out of my 5 lines were not compatible Akash had told me. I had to disconnect since I had to take my daughter to guitar lessons. Not even 5 minutes went by and I connected through my mobile phone. I was connected with someone else (I asked for Akash wasn't able to get her anymore apparently) this new person tell me none of the phone works. Give me a solution so buy some Motorola phone for 22 and some change a month? Why would I want to do that when the other phones are pretty much new. Just kept saying sorry sorry. Gives me no other solution. I told him I was told one thing not even 10 minutes ago and all of a sudden everything had changed. I asked for a supervisor name and number, got transferred to billing instead. Canceled everything, now let's see of I actually get my $42 I had paid for a phone I wasn't planing on purchasing in the first place. Sorry but all of this just sounds like a total SCAM. He was having a little trouble getting me setup which is understandable. When he asked for help he stepped away from the computer and got straight on to his phone like it was more important. After every was finished his end you always have to go through the agreement process sent to you via text. We had to do this a few times first it was $221.05 then last time it was sent it was $245.10, I asked him about it and he did not respond “it’s just a estimate” he said. Come to find out he charged me for 2 TV box’s which I are $10.00 then deleted my unlimited internet data without my consent. I have went to this store for a second time an it’s always the representative Junior that I have issues with because he acts so careless.
