Chinatown Kitchen — Restaurant in Winchester

The delivery driver is very rude very very rude he asked for tips and he gets angry I called the restaurant and told them about it but apparently they didn't talk to him or if they did he didn't listen cuz he's still doing it . He's getting paid by the company why is he harassing us for tips . And if we do leave a tip he still harasses us for more . And So the food needs to be cooked a little bit more. This is the only restaurant that actually has some sweet taste to their chicken especially the orange chicken can't find anywhere that actually has some flavor to it except for this one but they need to shape up. CHINA JADE that used to be over on Pleasant Valley by The Martins and I think of The Mattress Place in Firenza Pizza and Firehouse Subs it used to be where it's now a gym that Orange gym that is the only Chinese that was the best number one but they close down for some reason but they're orange beef orange chicken egg rolls the rice everything had so much flavor and oh my goodness I'm dying right now thinking how good that food was the lady that owned it she worked in the mall for a little bit after they close down at that one Chinese when you first walk in but I don't see her anymore I was going to ask her the last time I saw her about what happened and she needs to open it back up at the same food cuz my mouth is watering for that food it was...

I ordered last night and asked for a combo dinner which I didn’t get. I just got white rice. So once discovered when home, no fried rice or eggroll or spicy anything in the dish.

I called the store and the woman claims she told me ( over the phone in broken English) “ I tell you no combo”. Bs. And she should have clarified when I asked her why my dinner was so expensive.

So after cleaning up the leaking mess of a box of Chinese food I attempted to make the best of it. Only to wake up with food poisoning. I’ll be contacting the health department tomorrow.

Worst Chinese we've ever had. My husband and I ordered Tso, lo mein, crab rangoon, and steamed dumplings. The dumplings, which are one of my favorites, had been battered in what I can only describe as bisquick and were so doughy I was done after the first one. The crab rangoon was not crispy and way to sugary. The lo mein was extra dry and the Tso chicken was so disgusting in lack of flavor and way too much bisquick breading.
