Called in an order for pick up for our office luncheon 1/31/25. Lady who took the order the phone was rude from the get-go. Just very short and "what do you want" attitude. I ordered a chef's salad and my co-worker wanted a grilled chicken breast added to it. I was told "We don't do that." I responded with "Yes you can. You have a Grilled chicken salad on the menu. Just add a grilled chx breast to the chef's salad." She refused to do it. Said I would have to order that entire salad separately to get the chicken. I told her on the website it literally says ADD MEAT $4. She asked me where that was and almost didn't believe it. She refused to do it, so I moved on. I order 2 large pizzas, one of them a Supreme, and the other bacon & pineapple. She said is that everything? She told me the price, said give us 20 min and then hung up on me. One of my co-workers went to go pick up the order and noticed that one of the pizzas that was supposed to be supreme was a plain cheese pizza. She told them that the order was incorrect and was supposed to be a Supreme. She said that was incorrect and that I ordered a plain cheese. She also said that he didn't say anything when I read the order back to him. She 100% did not read the order back to me at all. She just kept arguing and would not fix the issue. Just kept saying we were wrong and we got we what ordered. Co-worker came back with order and told me what happened. I was not too happy when she told me what happened and how rude she was, because I told her that was rude on the phone when I first ordered. I called back to speak to a manager which the same girl answered and said it was her. I did not get a name unfortunately, but it did nothing except arguing back n forth. Never once apologized, never owned up to the mistake, never attempted to fix anything, just kept saying it was our fault, I got what I ordered. She also just kept saying "You're just mad because I couldn't put chicken on the salad." I told her I could care less about that, it's not even my salad. Although, I do think its crazy that a person can't add any topping to any entree or salad as long as you pay for it. That's like saying I can't add another topping to a specific pizza because those aren't the normal toppings that come on it. That's crazy. I told her I didn't care about that much at all. I was just mad because of the rudeness and the arguing and refusing to accept the mess up. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years in the past. I get it, mistakes happen, orders come out wrong, but the rudeness and arguing is ridiculous. I read a ton of reviews on here before I left this one and every single one of them says the same thing. If they screw up an order, it's not their problem. Nothing I can do. It is what it is. Eff off. First time ordering from this place and will definitely be the last. I gave a decent review for the actual food. The pizza itself was not bad. Crust is very good. I do think the pizza needs more sauce. It was basically a white pizza for both of them, and I read that from many other people as well. The salad was loaded with meat and toppings, so that was good. But I really hope the owner of this place reads this review because yall need to do a major overhaul on your employee hiring process. Read moreOther member of my family have left comments & I too would like to share our experience today 3/9. It was my father’s bday today & he liked this pizza place a good bit. So our family was meeting up to get a bite to eat on a heavy day. We went in & from the start was made felt like our family was not going to be accommodated due to having 12 of us. All of got in our orders & 2 of our family members food was not bought out in a timely fashion. In fact 1 of us waited on her food for 1.5 hours then told after we reminded the waitress of the order in that it would be 10 more minutes. When asked how we could be accommodated we suggested that their check reflect this action. We were told no they can’t do that. Either we choose to have the food made or have it taken off the check. When my sister tried to speak the rude ass waitress told her to “shut up & let her speak” I spoke up & said that’s no way to speak to a customer you are to listen to her. She then said “you are being asked to leave& never to come back “. We asked to speak to the manager they were unavailable & she then took our checks. She got on the phone with the manager we suspect & basically lied making it seem as thou it was at some fault of ours when that certainly was not the case. My niece whom did not get her food at all was very upset & distraught. Who would want to go to a restaurant or any place of business where you are treated like this anyway?! It’s so disappointing to our family as this was an emotional day already & now we will need to locate the other Pizza shop he frequented in the area to hold our dinners now. Read moreHave been ordering here for awhile. Just ordered earlier tonight (October 7th at 6:30pm) with an order total of over $90 after taxes and tip. Was missing a sandwich and at the time I also thought we were missing a personal pizza. Called to let them know and the first woman I talked to was amazing and polite and said they would fix it for us no problem. Then got a call back from a different woman to confirm what was missing. We were missing a chicken, bacon, ranch sub and the pizza that we thought was still missing. After confirming what was missing I was hung up on. Then I received a call about 20 minutes later stating that there was "Nothing they could do." I then stated I wanted a refund for the sandwich and was told no. The woman, who was the same from the second call, told me that the driver had dropped off all the boxes. I do NOT blame the driver at all for this, they did their job. The restaurant failed to give us the food we ordered which was over $10 and treated me as if I was a liar. This is not good customer service. I have worked in customer service for over 5 years and never once would it have crossed my mind to hang up on a customer on one call and then offer absolutely no solutions on another. My family and I have been going here for awhile and we have decided we will not be coming back. I will say that we did end up finding the pizza, it hadn't been seen when we had originally grabbed the food, but that sub was never found.
