Bro Bears Drive-Thru Coffee — Restaurant in Winchester

i love their coffee so much it’s so worth going out of my way for but it’s so unfortunate when it’s getting to be just a waste of time cause it just seems that there’s always something. numerous times it’s that they’re out of ice, i once waited at the walk up window for close to 30 mins with no “we’ll be right with you” or anything just completely ignored , the most recent time they just were doing a system update which is completely understandable but sitting at the window staring at a “sorry we’re closed sign” with the girls just looking at me almost like they’re waiting for me to drive away made me think that they were really closed. they could’ve told me that it’d only take a few minutes, i’d much rather leave w a coffee that makes the trip actually worth it. i really hope they start to get on top of the having no ice thing that’s the most inconsistent thing about them, im not sure if its a machine problem but the many times its happened i had hoped they’d do something to fix the problem for their customers. sad to say but im so close to giving up on this place im usually always leaving with nothing & disappointed more than happy with...

My husband kept hearing great things at work about this place, so we made a point the next time we were in the area to try it...this coffee is WAY better than any chain. The girl working yesterday was awesome, we told her it was our first time and asked a few questions she was happy to answer for us. We had the Grizzly Bear coffee and the Caramel Apple Blossom coffee as well. We got our daughter a cotton candy drink, and She loved it.

From the first sip, we were hooked and wish we lived closer just to have this more often! Not sure if the coffee bean is the usual topping with a hot coffee or if she gave it to us because it was our first time but I need to go back and get those too because the ratio of chocolate to coffee bean was perfect!!!

Will definitely be visiting every time we end up in...

My husband just tried to order via the walk-up window and was completely snubbed! I dont know if they were backed up or anything but the people inside saw that he was there and ignored until he gave up after seven minutes! Im incredibly sad and dissappointed on his behalf. Imagine trekking home after a long night at work hoping for a little perk-up and getting completely ignored by your favorite little coffee hideaway.

Usually their service is top notch, which makes this incident all the more disappointing...

EDIT: Husband says there were only 2 cars in the drive thru line. So absolutely NO excuse to ignore him for 7 minutes! Even a quick "Hey, we'll be right with you" or " Sorry, machine is acting up so it might take a while" or SOMETHING would have been nice but no! Nada! Zip! Nothing!...
