Always seem to forget something..... Last week I ordered three value meals they forgot the entire sandwich for one. Today I ordered a caramel coffee which I tend to order daily and got a caramel frappe which I can't drink because of the sugar content in it when I told them it was the wrong drink they said we can make you the other one I said well can I have the money back from this because there's a difference and they said we'll have to get a manager I was like just forget it. Also I'd like to add they're usually out of something they advertise food that they no longer have like they're still advertising pumpkin pies and holiday pies and it's the end of January which they have not had the pumpkin pies since the end of November. Also the original drink I wanted for my son was a blue Frozen Fanta which they told me they no longer carry but yet I saw a worker getting one while I was waiting on my order I'm not going to say that there are not some workers that are very pleasant there because there are. Read moreWent to get the three dollar bundle double cheeseburger and fries in windber. The clerk could not get it to ring up as a bundle deal. Waited fifteen minutes no one would help him. He wanted me to pay for two double cheeseburgers and two orders of fries which would have been twelve dollars plus when the bundle deal would have been only six dollars. Explained that to him . He said what do you want me to do. I said whatever the process is to take care of the customer I ordered six dollars worth of food and that is what I’m paying . he repeated again that no one would help him to ring it up correctly not my problem . Told him I not paying that and went to McDonald’s in Richland they rang my order correctly. This is not the only incident I have had at windber pa McDonald’s. They put onions on orders when asked for no onions. They flood the burgers with tons of ketchup so badly that the wrappers are wet with it. Wait time has been extremely long and always short handed. Maybe if they trained their staff better there would be less turn over and better customer...
Read moreHands down the worst McDonald's I have ever been to (consistently), locally or out of state. Today's experience had me waiting 47 minutes from placing my order to receiving my food. Every time I want to give them a second chance, I regret it.
I watch roughly 15 customers between the drive thru and in front of me order after me and leave with their food.
I had to give my order twice after already putting it in the app and paying for curbside pickup.
While I understand the local restaurant has no control on the app, the fact that they could not get their act together for a simple order of 4 sandwiches and fries was baffling.
I ordered curbside because I did not have time to wait for an order. So much for that.
The manager (or possibly owner) was there leading a team and clearly had no idea what she was doing or how to handle a routine issue. I feel bad for the employees under her leadership.
At least I was offered two apple pies for my inconvenience...and then sent on my way with a partially...
