Bojangles — Restaurant in Winder

I want to start by saying that the food definitely tasted good but the service was absolutely disgusting.

We were the only ones in the whole restaurant and nobody greeted us for a good 5 minutes. We only got greeted when an employee came back from the bathroom and saw us. We then had to wait for the computer to actually boot up a while this employee just stared emptily in space without telling us what was going on. We couldn't order anything while we waited. When we finally ordered we saw all the employees in the kitchen were having a pizza party. Literally every table in the dot down area was filthy and covered in crumbs. The kitchen was also a mess with all sorts of trash littered over the floor. We waited about 15 more minutes to get our food. When we did get it, the bag had a dark thumb print from the dirty hand that served us. They also forgot one item (we only ordered 3 things) and I had to wait extra to get it. The napkins also had the same dark brown thumbprint on them as well.

My friend who has been here before said all of the occurrences are normal and happen every time he's been. But I find it absolutely unacceptable.

I'm worried for the cleanliness of what I ate and absolutely disgusted by the conditions of the restaurant and staff. This is not at all what I expected when every other Bojangles I've been to has been such a...

Food is good but service is not. Went there tonight and stood at the counter, woman comes out, looks at me, grabs some mashed potatoes, doesn't even acknowledge me. Not a "how can I help you, or we'll be with you in a moment". Nope , she then walks back and starts yelling to another worker in the back "why does everybody have to come here instead of Popeyes or Kfc?" Other girl calls back "yeah I know!". Woman comes back out, looks at me again, still doesnt acknoweldge me, grabs something else and continues to yell back and forth to another girl in the back complaining about the workload, running out of everything, the customers, etc. I walked out. Clearly they don't want to have to serve another customer. I know when my business isn't wanted . Thing is, I've been there many times over the last decade, and honestly, this isnt new. it's always a different crew every time, and at least one employee is always complaining about something every time we come. This place doesn't seem to care about it's customers or it employees, which is sad because the food is decent. Don't like their tea though because it has a dark, dirty flavor, like someone put their cigarette out in it or used the same pot to make it in as the coffee without washing...

The disrespect and rudeness of the manager is out of this world. I went to pick up a doordash order and called to make sure I had to go thru the drive-thru. The manager told me yes and that was the end of the conversation. When I get to the window to pick up the order I was accused of basically cussing out the manager on the phone when I called. At this point I’m thinking he’s joking but no he rudely tells me he will not give me my food and I need to move because I have a potty mouth as he says. And the girl with him agreed. There were words exchanged and they threatened to call the cops even though I have done nothing wrong. The manager was either racist or got cussed out by another door dasher and put the blame on me. They will never get my service and if you don’t want to deal with rude people I suggest you avoid this location. Corporate is definitely getting a phone...
