I was just at store 3184 in Winder, GA where I had the worst experience at a Subway. I was charged twice for two orders on the subway app since the manger at the store told me to reorder online and pay that way to receive the discount since the first time ordering didnāt go through, but she did verify that she saw I was charged for the order. On top of paying $40 for the first online & $40 for the second online I had to pay $56 in store since the subs were already made. All I got from the worker and manager was āsorry thereās nothing we can do, especially now that the subs were made. Youāll have to pay for them regardless.ā Thatās completely wrong and shows how poorly this company cares about its customers. Itās also horrible that you do not have any way to contact customer service on the phone. I would like to know why I had to pay 3 times for the subs when I shouldnāt have had to do that when I showed proof of payment just just the first time but also the 2nd time when ordering on the app. Is there a way I can receive my money back because I did not receive $136 worth of subs. On top of that, Alex who is another employee at that Subway was extremely disrespectful to us when we were asking why do we have to pay $120 for subs when it should have cost $40 total. He said āI donāt see any issue with that. Itās the way life is and how things work. Called to complain and they hung up. I then went up there to show them and they said they looked fine. They were slimy in the middle and were bareellyyy yellow and they said "they're fresh out the bag" last time I checked, Food can go bad in the bag just sitting around.
