I go here at least 2 times a week, drive thru right before work. I love the staff except this time I went inside... There was a woman and her grandchild in front of me, took there time which is fine I was being patient.. I know the man who was working (he is very kind.) I was looking at the bagels patiently waiting my turn... A man stepped through the door and immediately got assistance on the other register from a woman with short black hair(she honestly came out of nowhere,) the customer & employee saw me waiting but still decided to go ahead and cut.. Seemed like a "regular," FINE. But, mind I am also a regular and was waiting my turn (spend about $25-40 a WEEK)... The woman at the register got him right out the door then stepped away from the register, like he was more important than me, there I am still waiting dangling my keys and wallet.. The customer looked back at me and knew he was inconsiderate. Mind, I am 7 months pregnant! Decided to go in, never will again.. 4-5 minute wait I'll stick to drive thru, hopefully no one will cut me there - Or i'll never go back! Which would SUCK because I do love the coffee and sandwiches here. I only ordered a sandwich but I guess that he didn't have time to be a kind human and offer to let me step ahead so I don't have to stand on my feet for very long.. They are swollen and all.
This is not the man who works front- he was great! Used my first name and is so awesome... Very considerate. Not happy with the woman with short black hair, I would've taken 1 MINUTE! Thanks for offering to help me out, you saw me. Kind of hard to miss with my pregnant belly. Help the guy out who has no patience (who just walked through the door) instead of the woman who has a smile on her face(who was standing there for 2 minutes), that smile went away real fast. Read moreI have driven past this location many mornings and there was always a long line. Well, this morning the line was short, so I thought I would give it a shot. Maybe the lack of a line was a sign of things to come? Based on the service I received today, I will absolutely not be going back. It all started with a very rude gentleman who answered the drive thru speaker. I apparently did not request cream in my coffee correctly because when I asked for it the response I received was "You need to let me know that!" I thought that was what I was doing. Now the young lady at the window was very pleasant and friendly, but unfortunately she did not take my order. Oh, in addition to the attitude, he did not even get my order right. I order a bacon, egg and cheese, but only received the egg & cheese. Was this a mistake of the person making the sandwich? No, because when I later checked the receipt I saw he put in the wrong item. As if that was not bad enough, the coffee tasted burnt, like it was sitting in the pot on the burner for too long. Today was a disappointment. My husband received his coffee which was very dark, after mixing it he tried one sip. It was terrible, tasted burnt. He went back in and told tge original person who just made it that it wasn’t good and asked for it to be remade. She was going to when another girl whispered to her “ he’s going to have to pay for it “. The original girl then said “im going to have to charge you”. We could tell this made her uncomfortable but she was only doing as she was told.
My husband was not happy, he didn’t want a free coffee, he just wanted the original one made with coffee that wasn’t burnt. She could have used the same cup. It wasn’t her fault she wanted to do the right thing.
Extremely poor customer service by the other girl who had to be secretive in telling the other to charge us again. I guess keeping a customer is not as important as the $.50 cost to remake a coffee to this establishment.
