To be honest I have not had great luck and services at this particular Mc Donald's. It is updated and renovated. And some of the staff seam to be competent and motivated. It just seams every time I visit they really go out of the way of messing a very simple correct order. 7 of 10 times I order a 20 piece nugget medium fry And a sodaLast week I went through with my brother-in-law ordered 2 20 piece nugget. And that was it. The cashier then suggested and offered out a new item they had which was a 40 piece nugget and would like great yes savings why not. Because it was myself my brother-in-law we both live in different buildings so we asked the cashier for what we thought was a simple task was just dividing the nuggets 120 piece of 1 bag 120 piece in another bag because they were going to different household that would've been awesome for them to do they actually had to ask 3 times the cashier the person packaging in the other person exactly what they were supposed to do they were lossed And in the meantime when I was paying because we were both separate individuals and we want to keep received the savings I ask the person if they do half cash half debit. Also say that I asked for the divided payment at the order board not at the drive-through window that should not be a problem pull out we pull up he had the order through any already put into with cash the complete order no no we can't do it this way because we both have separate payment options can you just take the order in do have cash half that I had to pull up go inside the store and explain to D manager exactly how to bring the order through half-and-half simply one order take the total divided in half I play that half as cash the rest will go On the debit card From start to finish it took 20 Minutes to get the order process or I could leave the store and they still ended up messing at the order because I ask for all sauces just to go in one bag I do not like sauce with my nuggets explain backroom banded up putting probably about 10 sauces in each bag total waste wish me luck for this morning I am a glutton for punishment because their Burger King close down in our town. We were given wet hand towels in foil packets and prepackaged mints. The line was quickly helped and strangely enough there was "classic country" music broadcast in the dining area.
There is a handicapped accessible entry and a drive thru. The restaurant shares the building with a mini market.
Be aware the toilets at this location are Green. They use recycled materials to sanitize the toilets. This is a similar system that RVs use. My complaint is that the toilets are low. Too low for standard handicapped access toilets, although there are the required handrails.
The instructions to correctly operate the Green Function are small. In a square barely the size of an adult thumbnail. Children should be given instructions if they are unfamiliar with the toilet features. Specifically the on button must be pressed before and after use.
