I went there two times with my service dogs!!! The first time I went their was a short girl doing the cash register ( I’m assuming crew manager or something similar) cause she’s the only one that spoke up and said pets aren’t allowed in here. I stated these aren’t pets they are service dogs ( tandem team. YES ITS LEGAL to run two service at once ) She then said they don’t have vests. My statement was they don’t need them. They are tasked trained service dogs. I pulled up the ada laws on my showing that these were true statements. And she stated that was rude. Then last night 9/21/24. I went in with my husband and my two service dogs again , again this girl was working ( you would think she would have remembered me and mostly the dogs since there probably isn’t to many service dogs that come through here ). But again she didn’t mention anything at that directions time another coworker a heavier set gentleman stated we don’t all animals in here. I stated again that they were service dogs. This time I had their vests in them, when she piped in and said we can’t ask for paperwork ( which REALLY SERVICE DOGS DONT HAVE PAPERWORK) but we can’t ask what they do.I came back and stated your not allowed to ask what they do only if the are service dogs and if they are tasked trained. Which they are. I proceeded to give her a card to educate them on the ADA laws and she denied stating I’m not allowed to except that. Then I pulled up the ADA laws for restaurants. Stating that service dogs are allowed in and she said we are not refusing you service. Which she didn’t but I was again educating them. BUT SHE WAS SNAPPY!!! I hope you get the wrong service person in there and give you what you really deserve. I could have went further with this issue! VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. ( THAT SEEM TO...
Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience at Subway on Monday, primarily due to the rude behavior of the owner, Chuck. My friends and I were shocked by the poor attitude displayed by both him and his employees.
When we placed our orders, it seemed like anything we requested was met with irritation. For example, one of my friends, who is pregnant, received a sandwich that was absolutely covered in pepper—it was so excessive that it turned black. Instead of addressing our concerns, Chuck merely suggested that we should order online to avoid dealing with their poor attitudes. He also dismissed our complaints by saying that everyone has bad days, which I can understand to some extent, but this particular employee has consistently shown a lack of professionalism.
I’ve visited this Subway numerous times, and each time, the atmosphere is the same. It feels like the employees view their jobs as a burden, and unfortunately, the owner seems to mirror that attitude.
I plan to have my friend share a photo of the sandwich to illustrate just how unappetizing and poorly made it was. The final straw was when Chuck told me to never come back because he didn’t appreciate my feedback. I gladly accept that, as I no longer wish to pay for overpriced food accompanied by such unpleasant service.
In summary, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Subway, and I hope this feedback prompts some changes...
Read moreMay 25, 2022 about 7 pm. I don’t know who the manager is that is working tonight but they need to kick her to the curb. There were 5 young employees and the manager—the 5 employees were running the front line taking care of customers. There were obviously some inexperienced, new people on the line. The manager did nothing but berate and interfere with their performance. While the one young man was taking my payment she stood in the opening to the back area and said “ can you NOT GRASP WHAT I AM TELLING YOU?!” The cashier had stepped away to get me some cookies (why aren’t they in the cookie case? Why does the cashier have to thread the gauntlet to get cookies at the opposite end of the counter?),so this young man took my payment. He was TRYING to be HELPFUL and keep busy! She berated him three times while I was waiting for my order. I know that she’ll bemoan the fact that they can’t hire good help and “these kids! Blah! Blah! Blah!” But I will bet every dollar she makes that not one of those employees will be there in 30 days. Everyone of them look like whipped dogs. Get rid of this woman!!!! BTW this is not the first miserable experience we have had watching her browbeat her employees. Pretty sure we’ll be eating at the nearby Burger King until I get the bad taste out...
