WORST Dunkin I've ever been to and that's saying a lot considering I grew up in a town with 8 and counting. I worked at a Dunkin so I know it's not that hard to be a decent human being and get the damn orders right. I will not be coming to this location again after the rude service and incorrect orders causing me to be ill. My mobile order literally said medium iced cold brew with ALMOND MILK (as I'm allergic to dairy) and a shot of fv. Manager comes over with an attitude, as always, and gives me a dirty look as she hands it to me. I drive away at 6am or so and clearly it's dark so I drank some of it leaving me physically ill the rest of the day. Another instance happened more recently where a car in front of me and one behind me were all waiting at the speaker. NO ONE ANSWERED. So the guy in front of me and I go inside to find the rude manager and 4 or 5 other employees inside!! The drive through is always open at that time so that couldn't have been the reason. But I politely told them that we were out there for 10 minutes because I couldn't move my car with one in front of me and one behind me. I got an attitude thrown at me by them and I was trying to let them know another car was still waiting. Here's the kicker, those 4 or 5 employees HAD HEADSETS ON! The kicker is, my coffee was the same as earlier, but given to me black. When I explained it was wrong, I got more attitude again and was told oh I thought it was black. Not a sorry, not fully corrected coffee either. I hope the owner of this particular restaurant sees this and does something about it. I have not had one positive experience here what so ever since I moved here in July. Read moreI never write reviews but i just left this Dunkin and was disappointed with the customer service. The drive thru worker was rude and did not seem to even want to be there or answer any questions I had. I felt like I was a burden to her for asking for extra caramel drizzle in my coffee. I’ve worked McDonald’s drive thru before and understand people have bad days but I’ve never took it out on the customer. Once I pulled up to pay I noticed there was no whipped cream on my frozen coffee so I asked her if she would be able to put some on and all she said was “you didn’t say you wanted any whipped cream you have to tell us I’m gonna have to charge you now.” I’ve always been asked if I would like whipped cream and honestly thought it automatically comes on it and I’ve never been charged extra. In the past they would just put a little on if anything I’m paying $5 for a coffee I don’t see why they would have to charge me 50 cents for a little whipped cream on top or make me do another transaction for it. Don’t go through the drive thru I’m sure the other employees are nice I’m not saying all are rude but no one wants to be around those bad vibes. Someone needs to take her off the drive thru and not let her near the customers cause that was just ridiculous. Such a miserable person and I was nothing but nice even after being treated like I was stupid for not knowing I have to ask for whipped cream. I don’t know her name but I went at 1pm on Monday. I've never been in a Dunkin so poorly run
I arrived for my online order which was just 1 iced coffee placed 15 minutes before I arrived.
I get to the pickup up counter where another man is already waiting. He's standing there waiting for cups. One girl in the back looks up and says to him "you're still here?" He responds "yeah, I've been waiting 10 minutes for some cups and creamer. Can you help? I dont know what's going" She proceeds to stare at him and then turn around with no response and go back to talking to another employee.
She recognized this guy had waited a long time and needed help and then blatantly ignored him
Im now there for 5+ minutes before I get anyone who will give me the time of day. A girl asks what my order was and says "oh we will make it now." We're now 20 minutes from when I placed this single coffee order. She then proceeds to go to the register and take someone else's order and starts working on that instead.
