Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Windsor

Let me start by saying I have never made a google review but this place is so bad I had to. I have been to many different moes locations over the years. This is by far the worst I have ever been to and dare I say the worst fast food experience I have ever had not just once but every time I have been here . unfortunately I live in Windsor and due to a lack of options I have given this place many chances (over 10). THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They are rude and unbelievably slow. Every time we come here it seems as though we are the biggest inconveniance in the world and when we walked in last night they started talking amongst themselves about how they were mad we showed up (an hour and a half befor closing) after that I ordered a bowl and asked for rice and no beans. The server put a half scoop of rice in the bowl( not enough to even fill the bottom) and when I asked for some more I was informed it would be 25 cents so I reluctantly agreed and he added another quarter of a scoop at this point I'm done. He did the same for my wife so we got our food paid and ate and unfortunately I am going to have to stop going to the Moe's closest to my house. My advice...fire your whole staff and rehire. We've been to this Moe's numerous times in 2018. We love Moe's, but we have decided we will not be frequenting this Moe's again.

Staff are only there for an income, no pride in their work be it cleanliness, timeliness, or friendliness. We've never gotten sick from the food at this location but it lacks the flavor and freshness of other locations, particularly the salsas. The meats are sometimes quite freshly cooked because they are always out of the food you want. We're not sure if it's management or staff that have it running a little too far behind. No carnitas, no steak, no queso on a Monday at 7pm? More than once out of several types of food during lunch or dinner.

I order moes for delivery through the Moes app. The food comes very late because the address is somehow wrong that they gave the doordash driver. The stack I ordered is a soggy mess missing Queso and Cheese which I ordered on it. I Call Moes they blame door dash. I call Door dash they tell me I have to call Moes because they processed my order and payment. I call back Moes they are completely rude tell me there is nothing they can do that I have to call doordash. When I ask the Female manager what her name is she hangs up the phone on me. I call back and speak to another Female who sounds exactly like the first female and she promises me that someone will call me back. Either way I am out money because this is too nasty to eat.
