I moved to Chicago to have more gluten free options so when I come home I think it's amazing to have this option, to have as many options as they do. When I first started coming they were very new so I wanted to give it a good 4 tries before leaving my "city option". I've come here with family, friends and kids there is something for everyone. Everyone is always more than accommodating and kind. Now for the important part, the food. The food is great my only constructive criticism I have to give is that I've come for the chicken salad several times and it's my favorite I love it but the last time I came they didn't put grapes in it which was disappointing. I love soup so much I could and do eat it all year long no matter hot hot the temperature is outside so when I was told it was too hot outside for them to make soup and that they were waiting till it cooled off outside was disappointing, who doesn't love a sandwich and soup combo especially when I came it was chilly and rainy outside. They do under salt the food which isn't a terrible thing, as they do give and offer salt and pepper packets for you to add at your own discretion. The presentation of the food is always 10/10. All and all I love this place I just want to see them succeed so I hope this is helpful. I recommend it highly for those of us who need this option. They also have cute swag to buy ! PLEASE KEEP THE GRAPES IN THE CHICKEN SALAD! lol 🤍

This place is heaven sent for anyone who has a gluten allergy, but should be visited by everyone even if you aren’t sensitive to gluten. You’ll find a variety of Donuts, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, cakes, scones, and some sweet breads like lemon loaf and pumpkin loaf. Personal favorites are the double chocolate donuts, cinnamon muffins, and crème filled cupcakes (like a grown up Hostess). Alongside breakfast sandwiches and house made favorites like biscuits and gravy. It doesn’t just stop there, there’s great coffee to compliment the breakfast items. If you’re sensitive to dairy, or vegan, they’ve always got something dairy free (which is also gluten free). In Northwest Indiana gluten free restaurant options remain pretty limited, luckily there’s a place like Saturday Sangria where the entire restaurant is gluten free. Nothing can top the pure joy watching as my recently celiacs diagnosed daughter realize she could have ANYTHING in the bakery case. We will be lifelong customers and are so grateful this place exists.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve had so many of their bakery goods and I’ve never had anything that wasn’t outstanding. My favorites are the poppyseed lemon muffin, pumpkin bread and vanilla cupcake. I’ve had a few of their unique cupcakes that were amazing too! They always have their standard items and every week it seems they have unique cupcakes/sweets. I love coming in to see what new things they have. I’ve gotten the salads and sandwiches which are also very good. My mom and I stop here a couple times a month for lunch, we have celiac disease so need to eat things gluten free. You will be safe here! 😋

To start this review out I do not need to eat gluten free but my girlfriend has celiac disease. Whenever we try to find a place to eat it's challenging find a place that is a reasonable price for gluten free food and getting stuff at the store is challenging because it's not always cost friendly and it's not always the best. When we heard about this place we were rushing to try it. Walking in the workers were super friendly. The menu has alot of options and the coffee is amazing. For the food I got a breakfast sandwich and my girlfriend got a pulled pork sandwich. I give the food a 8.78/10 (coming from someone who dosen't need gluten free) my girlfriend gives it 10/10 (someone who needs gluten free) the coffee I had was probably my 2nd favorite coffee I've had next to Fluid Coffee Roasters I give the coffee a big 10/10 and my girlfriend who hates coffee said she liked it alot. The workers and service there without a doubt is a 10/10 super nice and efficient. The cupcakes I really enjoyed the one I got I wasn't a big fan of the chocolate iceing but my girlfriend loved it. The cake part was really good and honestly I prefer that over a normal cupcake. Cupcakes I rate a 9.6/10 my girlfriend says 10/10. The inside is a little small and I wouldn't want to sit in and eat inside but sitting outside was pretty nice I rate it a 8/10. The final part is the price and I was amazed to find it's comparable to many coffee shops that aren't gluten free and if you get gluten free options it's much more expensive. I say the price is extremely worth it. We will definitely be back and this may be one of my favorite...
