I came here yesterday and Walker Cloud was amazing. Great communication at the drive through with letting me know roast beef would be a 20 mins wait time. It is what I was craving but I was ok with changing my order up. Got to the window and still he was super pleasant. Which is why I decided to go back today and to feed my roast beef craving. Got to drive through and waited about 3 mins before saying hello. No response. A couple minutes later and I asked if anyone was working the drive through. I quickly got a tort response saying if I had patience he would be right with me. 9 minutes in and the car behind me backs up and leaves. Another minute later I drove around to leave and I will not be coming back to this location. All it takes is acknowledging your guest to let them know you’ll be right with them and I would have stayed to place the order. The screen was off so I thought maybe it was down and I needed to go around. Turns out your guy working the drive through is just a rude employee that doesn’t care about your business. Read more2 years ago, I said "Clean store, friendly staff"...today was my husband's birthday. I asked him what he wanted for lunch. He said a big ol Arby's roast beef sandwich. So, after we did our monthly grocery trip we stopped. I ordered his half pound roast beef meal and asked for a large Barq's root beer. It is his favorite. The associate at the window said, we are out of large and medium drink cups. We only have small. So I said OK, can we get 2 smalls as compensation? She left the mic to ask her manager and came back with no. Her manager said no. So...i was about to order my meal here as well...until I realized I was dealing with an incompetent manager who had no idea how to compromise in a situation where he or she was at fault. I was disappointed and would have driven off but didn't want my husband to go without his sandwich. Managers who can't think on their feet don't get my business. Also, a freaking tip cup written in ink pen for the guy delivering the food after I had to pull up and wait really capped this less than acceptable experience off perfectly. You are...

Three people in line: a family with several children, an older man, and myself. The family's order was taken incorrectly, so the staff scrambled to redo it. The young woman at the counter mistyped an amount into the register and couldn't figure out how to make change for the older gentleman's twenty, even with a calculator, so the manager had to take over.
I ordered the rebuen combo, and went with a "medium" when asked to choose a size. The extra dollar bought bought me a cup for ounces larger and perhaps four more curley fries. Whadda deal! The the rebuen itself had more sour kraut and Thousand Island dressing than corned beef, and the "rye bread" was not grilled and almost flavourless. This would be a great sandwich for somebody on a mechanical diet, but as a fan of reubens with a full set of teeth, this was the worst.
So, yeah. Bad service, worse food, and overpriced to boot. This is...
