I had a chance to sample Bagel Station II's wares at a Yelp event and liked what I tasted enough to pay them a visit. Truth be told, this is a bit of a chewier bagel albeit one that preserves the requisite crisp crust. On paper, Bagel Station II has a lot to offer, but in the flesh (so to speak), it's a mixed bag.

First the good: Bagel Station II offers a commendably large selection and plenty of seating. You will find more than a dozen bagel varieties here (including a brightly hued rainbow bagel) and nearly a dozen spreads. Add to that the coffee selections and baked goods, and you're in for more than the usual bagel shop offerings. The sausage, egg, and cheddar bagel sandwich was served hot and fulfilled a craving.

That said, there are a few drawbacks. Pricing ($1.09/bagel or $11/baker's dozen) seems very favorable at first, but four designated-as-premium varieties run 60 cents more each and can't be included in a dozen or half-dozen. Bagel Station II can get quite busy, and while counter staff are proficient at keeping the lines moving, they also seem harried and rather curt (the cashier, on the other hand, was polite). On food alone, Bagel Station II is worth a visit, but if you go during peak times, make sure you know what you want and be prepared to...

We have loved this bagel shop for 6 or 7 years. We used to go in every Saturday with our kids.

But over the last 6-9 months, we've been incredibly disappointed each time. Many wrong items & items missing. We loved doing swipeby during all this Covid craziness so we could still support them, but then they would be closed on both swipeby & doordash AND they'd be unavailable on their own website.

Today was the worst though. My husband got breakfast for the two of us & our 2 kids. Not a single item was right. They didn't give us the cream cheese. They left out a bacon egg & cheese. The tea had gone bad. Not exaggerating, every single item was either missing or completely wrong. And when my husband went, it was practically dead, so it wasn't that they were swamped & rushing.

I've worked in the food industry & am also the awkward person who always just eats the food if it comes out wrong because I don't want to be rude & send it back. But when everything is incorrect this consistently & this many times, I just don't want to eat there anymore. Which saddens me with this...

This has been our "go to" bagel place since we moved down here from New York. The bagels are really good and comparable to what we had back home. That being said, my complaint has to do with the cream cheese containers. I already had an experience several weeks ago where we purchased two containers of cream cheese only to get them home and find out they were spoiled. I returned them to the store and let the know that there is no expiration dates on the bottom of the container, just a number written there and clearly no one is checking the inventory. Today, the exact same thing. Two containers of cream cheese that are spoiled. There just isn't any excuse for this, put expiration dates on the bottom of your containers (isn't this already a law?) and have an...

This Bagel Station is more spacious than the first one, especially for parking. But it is lacking in service and the bagels honestly did not taste as fresh or good either. The service is slow, but, maybe they had a large order ahead of mine. IDK if their toaster doesn’t work right, is t calibrated properly or they simply don’t care, but when you asked for a toasted bagel, you get a cold bagel. They have to triple toasted for it to even look like a toasted bagel. A bit irritating to be honest. I am not sure if each shop makes its own cream cheese or if they get it from one supplier, but it was salty. I’ve never had salty cream cheese before, not digging it. The cold brew was pretty good, just wish it wasn’t all ice in the cup. All in all, I don’t think I would return.

Being from NY I am picky about my bagels…..well they do not disappoint. Bagels are made fresh in house and have all your favorites. They also have a cooler with a variety of cream cheeses, I love the scallion version. You place your order at the counter and it’s made fresh within minutes. You can order from the menu or customize. I always get my bagels scooped out just to save some calories. You can get bacon and egg or get The Deacon, an open faced bagel with sliced roast beef, melted cheese and fresh tomato slice. This sandwich is delicious. There is ample seating inside and a few outside. Very laid back. Counter to grab fountain drinks available. Staff is quick, there is no table service. Great bagels, take some home also, you won’t regret it.

Was very dissatisfied today. I did the curbside pickup and arrived at 1040. I waited and saw that they were busy so I figured after checking in I’ll give them an extra 10 mins 1130am I put my mask in and came inside because no one came out to check on me. You call the number it doesn’t ring it goes right to voicemail. I said when I got in the store that I have been waiting 45 mins for a curbside order and they said oh we thought you was waiting for someone. They definitely wasn’t understaffed 7 people behind counter. I was just really bummed about the service . Then my order was cooked again and brought out and look at my sandwich waiting that long for it.
