Came across this hibachi place and wanted to give it a try. I was a bit hesitant to go being that they were about to close in about 30 or so minutes but the man said they still were taking orders. He answered our questions about the menu and didn’t rush us to order. Great. I ordered a Steak Bowl. He asked how’d I like the steak, I said WELL DONE. My partner even emphasized please can you make sure it’s WELL DONE for that bowl. He agreed and repeated. Got home and immediately knew the meat was not well done by looking at it so I placed it on a plate and cut them open to find PINK. At this point, they are closed and we do not live close by. If you are not going to cook meats to desired temperatures why ask us to begin with? Highly disappointed because I thought this place could have had potential. My partner got the House special chicken steak and shrimp and after placing his on a plate we discovered they stuffed veggies under the meat to make it seem like it was filled up. For $17+ that’s quite disappointing but nonetheless he actually said he may try it again, however he did mention a lack of seasoning / flavor on steak and chicken. 🚨UPDATE!🚨 I visited on 07/26 and they immediately reached out as you can see by the response on 7/27. I was contacted and they immediately refunded me and ensured I was satisfied. Thank you so much, and I will revisit and give you all another try. Thanks again!

I got changed two different times and they don’t want to give me my money back. I will NEVER go here again. I talked with their manager and she was NO help. As you can see in the pictures below where they changed my card my for 39.64 and than the next morning at 9:46am they changed my card again for 40.64. It’s been well over a week and I’m still dealing with this problem. NO ONE wants to help me at this store. The manager keeps giving me the run around when clear as day they changed to different times but no one wants to take accountability for it. The manager will text you instead of calling like a professional person should. They will NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN. If I was you I wouldn’t go here either. They will double change your card and give you the run around about YOUR MONEY THAT belongs to you.

I’m beyond disappointed. I ordered chicken and shrimp, yet the shrimp never made it in my order. On top of that, you had the audacity to call two tiny pieces of broccoli vegetables after I spent nearly $30. That feels like being stolen from, plain and simple. If you cannot take the time to carefully read and fulfill customer orders then you should not be on a platform like DoorDash or any other digital food service. Customers deserve accuracy and value for their money, not half-done meals. This was a complete waste of money and I will never order from here again. To anyone considering it, save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that respects their customers.

This place used to be wonderful when they opened. Lately, the meat is overcooked, they can’t either thoroughly listen and take orders down correctly or pay attention well enough while reading the order ticket to get your order correct (ordered two steak and shrimp hibachi entrees and got steak and chicken - but paid for the more expensive shrimp) and their “mixed vegetables” now only consist of broccoli - not one piece of zucchini or carrot or onion. I’m so over paying high prices for takeout and it not be accurate or even good quality. The only way they were willing to make it right was for me to waste my time and gas to drive all the way back up there. I was sick this last visit and needed a quick and nutritious meal and to pay what I paid and not get a quality meal is extremely...
