Biscuitville — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

I used to eat here on a somewhat regular basis for breakfast. The food is usually hot and fresh and I had no complaints. I however was disappointed when they changed over their cash register system and did not post anything at the order station. When I got up to the window, they said they did not take apple/android pay anymore through the drive-thru. Then the guy looked at me and was like you can get out and go in or leave without your order. I told them it was very inconsiderate of customers time to let us wait in line for 15 to 20 mins and then order and get to the window and be like go wait in the long line inside or tough luck. I feel as if they could have comped my $7 meal for that day, being that I was a regular customer. This is something Chick-fil-A would have definitely done. Latest latest review.. spicy honey chicken sandwich has some heat but honey gets absorbed by the biscuit. Overall I would have rather had a bacon egg and cheese.

Latest review.. tried the meatloaf biscuit that comes in different options. It was suggested just to get it plain and it was the right choice. Delicious! Not a huge fan of the cinnamon swirl but it was edible.

I don't think I've ever had a bad biscuit from this particular restaurant. Line can be out on the street waiting to get in on a typical morning for drive through so plan for a bit of a wait. Line moves efficiently and any issues the manager will make it right. Grits and other sides...

If I feel the need for a fast food breakfast this is the spot. Always busy, long lines in the drive thru. But B'ville is on point on Reynolda Rd!

We wanted to grab breakfast for our family Saturday morning and the parking lot was full and the drive thru line was causing a bit of a traffic jam on the street. We parked in the adjacent parking lot and weaved through drive thru traffic and I knew it was going to be a minute for our order, but for B'ville we were willing to wait but hopefully not for too long.
