Hi, this is a Great China employee,and I would like to inform you about this grown man who has been writing false claims and lies on our google review page. Long story short, he was our delivery driver, he decided not to work for us anymore so we hired a new one, but then he wanted to come back again. But, we said no because we already have one and then he got really angry about it. I am not going to go to specific detail on what kind of person he is and why we won’t hire him again, but by reading these reviews he wrote, I think you can tell. He is just a really immature, ignorant, and childish person writing false vulgar reviews because of his own anger and hatred towards us. He is trying to ruin our image and reputation just because we won’t hire him back. You can tell if you read all these reviews by him, that it is the same person, because of how it is written and his grammar/spelling. He has been making a handful of google accounts just to write bad reviews on this restaurant so customers won’t come. I guarantee you that everything he wrote down are lies, and our food and restaurant is perfectly fresh and sanitary. Read moreMy family and I ordered delivery tonight. The person who took our order did not ticket it correctly so we got half of our order. We called to ask for the other half and had two people pass the phone back and forth on their end and no one could make a decision on refund (we would have had to go there) or bring us the rest. We had them bring us the rest - we live eleven minutes away - it took them an hour and eight minutes to get it to us. We called during that time to see what was happening and they kept telling us it was on its way. No joking when they came the second time they were missing things!!!! I called and they said they wouldn’t give us a refund or correct the order because they charged us incorrectly. Horrible service. Who is accountable for messing up not once but twice? They even said they gave us free food because they only charged us for some of it. Whose fault is that? Very annoying. Read moreI've read a lot about how good the food is. That may very well be, but, with my salvation at stake, I discovered little "claws" in my vegetable dish. You read correctly, CLAWS! All they wanted to know when I brought this to their attention was "When did you buy it?" Why, in God's name would that matter? I haven't returned since, and I would discourage anyone that I know from going there.
Dear owner, in response to your response concerning my review. First, I did tell your employee the date and even time of my order. She said there was no record of it (likely excuse). Additionally, while you may not order your food with "claws" in it, there was DEFINITELY one in mine. Maybe a more thorough (and secret) visit by the food auditor would help.
