And yet.. another one bites the dust. Do NOT go to this establishment UNLESS you want to wait an hour and 30 minutes for your food. I placed my order on the Taco Bell app @ 7:26pm and finalized the order at 7:28pm when I received the confirmation email. Now when you place your order on an app you expect your food to be ready to pick up when you arrive, correct? Absolutely wrong for this place. My husband left just after 7:30 to get me gas and to pick up our food. He arrived at Taco Bell @ 8:01pm (confirmed via Life360). He then proceed to place a separate order for my mother. He received my mother’s food 15 minutes later, and the drinks for our order that we placed on the app. Still our food had not been prepped or made. When my husband asks about our order, he is told..”we’re short staffed.” Just before 8:40 my husband hears amongst the five people in the back of the kitchen laughing and having a grand ol time, say that they just started prepping our order. Why give the option to place an order on an app or a website if it isn’t going to be ready when you get there?
As you can see in the pictures provided, our confirmation email came through at 7:28pm and the order was not ready until 8:46pm.
Absolutely ridiculous. And when asking for a refund, he was told that they could not issue a refund unless the General Manager was on duty, which is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. Any manager on staff can issue a refund at any given time, whether the general manager is there or not. I have extensive background in working for fast food (not currently, but past) and this has never been an issue for any manager to do.

Get there, drinks were given immediately. I sat there and watched several people get called and leave with their food. Once the drinks were given, the lady said "your food is still being made". Once there were no other people in the lobby, I started watching the kitchen staff and the drive-thru... one car in the drive-thru that had waited quite awhile too but left with their food before me. The staff and I'm assuming the manager, all were slow and lolly gagging, stocking, while my order ticket was sitting back there. I get up and ask how much longer for my order now that it's coming up on an hour. Thats when the app said "order ready, come inside". Which they havent completed it. They still lollygagged until I said I wanted a refund. They told me that since I placed it on the app, I have to do it through the app. They dont refund for mobile app orders. There was no way for me to do that since it was already stated as complete from them and stated was being made as soon as I placed the order. I said I want the customer service number and they couldn't provide it, they said it's on the app/website. I called and the number said they were closed.... I went in and said to make the food. That's when they DECIDED to kick into overdrive and actually make my order, which was 3:02. Actually Got the food at 3:15. I come to this Taco Bell frequently due to the close proximity to my child's practice location. On multiple occasions same time, same night of the week they tell me that it will be 30 mins for chicken, beef, or steak. So this time I waited 30 mins just to see. Came back went to the drive thru and they tell me they aren't taking orders for 15 mins. I said why?! The girl said because they're waiting on meat. I said I was here 30 mins ago when you told me it would be 30 mins for meat. I said I want your manager's phone number. She said very rudely ma'am what do you want us to do if we don't have meat.
