I've had pneumonia for the past few weeks also battling other health I went through the drive thru to avoid spreading germs. However I have strained vocal cords so voice has been gone as I started to place my order they lady taking our order started yelling very rude and disrespectful about not being able to hear me. So my husband started to place the order she then got a attitude with him so we pulled off and went inside. We get inside the young lady taking our order was very nice soft spoken none confrontational very helpful. She was able to hear me just find without me raising my voice meanwhile when I asked who the last was at the drive thru she told me a assist manger/ team leader .. so as she placing our order they we where getting rude looks they where all very loud then the last at the window says it's going to be a min wait in the supreme which was fine for us but seemed to bother her and a few other young ladies in the back. Due to such disrespectful treatment we had 1 of our sons with us witnessing this he no longer wanted to eat there. We got our drinks and I realised I we where missing 2 boberry biscuits so I go back in line to order it at which time the same (team lead) began to express her frustrations as to how I requested my biscuits. Finally we got our food and left very upset I called and made a formal complaint however I've yet to speak with the store manager they haven't reached back out to us to apologise at all. Everyone deserves respect and as a customer you shouldn't be viewed as a bother or inconvenience for ordering food at a fast food restaurant they lack proper teaming and overall respect. Today I finally realized they are being rude on purpose. They are acting confused on purpose. No matter how easy I try to make the order the girl taking the order gets it wrong and then acts like they are so confused. When I pull around to the window she talks real low ON PURPOSE so you can't hear her. So I assume she is asking if I need anything else and I let her know what I need and it starts a entire other confusing conversation. Today I ordered 2 sausage and egg combos with bo rounds and coffee. She gives me a price for 1, so I let her know it was 2. When I pull around another girl from behind window girl asked me if I wanted 4 sausage and egg. which I have to repeat several times that I only wanted 2 identical combos. Then she hands me 1 coffee and my food then asked me something I can't hear. I am assuming she is asking if I need anything else. So I let her know I need cream and sugar and another coffee. she kept picking up the coffee and putting it back down and saying she was confused. She was doing it on purpose and told the other girl that she tried to hand the coffee to me, BUT SHE DID NOT. she just kept picking the coffee up and sitting it back down. Read moreI have a coupon for a free fry from Bojangles I've had for years (literally like 6 years). But since I never come here, and it has no expiration date, it's just been sitting in my car. That is until yesterday, when I took my kids after their dental check up, for a treat since they've never been to Bojangles before (I know, that already makes me a bad person).
Boy, that was a mistake. Our order was taken quickly but filled like it was rush hour (it was 3 in the afternoon). The cashier took my free fry coupon with no issues. However, several minutes later, another employee came over and said they wouldn't take it. I was not given a reason other than it's a "corporate coupon" (it doesn't say that on the coupon, it just says 1 free seasoned fry). I tried to reason with them - it's my kids first time there and I have a legit coupon - it is REALLY going to put you out of business to honor a $2 coupon?? Yes, apparently, because she flatly refused. I had to go back to the register and pay for the fries.
I know it's not the end of the world, but a store that can't honor a simple request like that, especially for kids who are coming for the first time, is really a terrible way to deal with your customers.
