Great short trail for walks with large dogs that need leash training entering off Knollwood. Our huskies take about ten minutes to get acclimated to the walk. Training would have been great had we have done early on but busy schedules negates that. All shaded and runs high above a creek below and you can get back to your car quick by going back up steps. Two loops, 20 minutes walking non briskly with pretty rock stairs with.a landing halfway to catch ur breath. I think all dogs should stay out of creeks right now because of the danger to the bacteria in some. But pretty walk! Lose it app said I burned 168 calories. I watch logged me at 20 minutes of exercise :)

Also, if u enter off queen/leisure way, great tennis courts! And cute...

This is our go-to park. We often see a beautiful eagle flying in the tree-tops, catch squirrels and ducks, of course, and the little brook in the middle is always fun. We feel safe there til the sun goes down, which is most places. The play ground is pretty nice, well-used and needing some minor repairs, but very fun, with age-specific sections. The trail is short but pretty. It's a nice place for a meal on a table, for a picnic in the grass, fun in the leaves, building a fort, playing in some water, getting your tennis on, riding a bike, working out (there's an outdoor gym by the horseshoe game), decent bathrooms for a park, and accessible all around. There's a little amphitheater, and I believe a community center on one side, too. Grateful...

Beautiful quiet oasis in Ardmore. This park has seen a lot of changes and yet remains one of my favorite places to get lost in the city. The park has undergone a lot of renovations and looks good. The paths intertwine and allow many different variables of inclines and descent for walking, biking, jogging.

Nature abounds here. Many species of plants are tagged to tell you what we have in the area. Many memorial marked trees and benches add a personal touch. I've been coming here many of my 50 years. Lots of fond memories with my maternal grandfather, parents, cousins, and more.

The playground and sports areas are ideal for kids of all ages. This is truly a nice place to get away while not being far from home. Make your own...

This was a wonderful park! I brought my dog and we walked the trails which winded through the woods and over a creek. I liked how unique this park was compared to other parks I had been to. Most parks I go to are deep in the woods and you can't see other parts of the trail from where you at, but at this park I could see almost every part of the trail becuase most of it was in on part of the woods which wasn't that thick.

Such a beautiful park! Plenty of natural space to explore and just enjoy the day. There are tons of areas with tables and covered shelters for gatherings. There is also a small amphitheatre where groups tend to meet for various exercises and activities and open fields for sports, including one with a baseball diamond. There are multiple playgrounds for small children and public restrooms available.
