Update 12/3/24. New employees. All the rude ones are gone. Food is much fresher and I haven't found anything out of date as of today. I still have a missing item on doorsash from time to time but nothing like it was before. The night crew still skimps out on ingredients. Like 2 days ago when I ordered 2 mcribs at 9:30 and they both literally looked like they had one bbq sauce packet smeared on each mcrib patty. So I'd say the place is 75% better.
Lived in the area for one month. Never go in the mornings always lunch or dinner. Everytime I go, either drive thru or dine in everyone but one person has an attitude, rudeness, laziness, and general disgust on their faces. The dining area has trash and food on the floors and tables. Everytime I go in to eat, I have to wait at least 5 mins before some one comes to the register to take my order. I have to ask for some one to clean a table off for me, and I still get attitude.
I order from doordash from this store and my food is either luke warm or missing items or some one has stolen my order and they have to make it again.
Then today I got my order home and find my 2 pies have been out of expiration and hard as a rock. This is getting ridiculous. I've been nice and pleasant to everyone in there and I get nothing but 'tude from everyone except one person (I'm not naming names). And if I wasn't paying attention I could've possibly got sick from eating food that should've been thrown away 2 hours prior. Food safety laws are present for a reason. Read moreNot really impressed with this location. I had ordered on the app and wanted to eat inside. The sign out front indicated the dining area was available and the app allowed me to select dine in as an option. As I opened the door and started to walk in I was quickly told that only the drive thru was open. So, I got back into my car and drove through the drive thru, wanting to cancel my order because I wanted to eat inside. The person at the window told me my order was sitting inside, upfront on the counter. When I told them I wasn't allowed to come in and wanted to cancel my order, no one appeared able to provide a refund. They did offer to let me come in to get my food, but at this point I was frustrated with the entire experience and had no interest in eating there. I reached out to McDonalds via their website inquiring about a refund and 3 or 4 days later received an email telling me that the franchisee had been contacted and would reach out to me but to be understanding and patient because they are busy and it might take a while to respond. That was over three weeks ago. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the staff was inept at conducting themselves in a helpful manner when neither the manager or the franchisee are able to contact me and provide a refund. Read moreThe smug arrogant smile of the clerk who screwed up my order said it all. Instead of giving me "FRESH" quarter pounder with cheese and large fry, She merely retrieved the 10 minute COLD food which she failed to give to me on my first trip through the drive through.
As I broke into line, I made direct eye contact with the manager hidden in her little alcove so I am certain "management" knew something was amiss.
So rather than having a pleasant experience with a meal, It was a totally unacceptable experience.
This is NOT the first time I have experienced this at this Mickie Dees... but is likely the last time. I suggest to all who have this happen to them to break into line and PARK their car until management brings you FRESH cooked food. I am certain that if all who get screwed like this follow this process, either service will improve or this location will close!! VOTE with you feet... go somewhere else,,,, ANYWHERE else, even HARDEE'S has better service than this location.
My next call is to AMERICAN EXPRESS to avail myself of their warranty as this definitely did not qualify as a satisfactory purchase.
