Pizza Express — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

Terrible terrible terrible!!!! This is why you can't support black owned businesses! Placed an order online that they swear i didnt place! Been waiting over an hour for food that was never on its way! Then some dummy tried to argue with me and tell me that i must have called another location and they never got the order. Keep in mind i have my conformation email stating that i ordered at just the right location. I also have a call log that shows the 128 times (no exaggeration) that me and my boyfriend have called this location tonight just trying to place a simple order. Because no one answered, we decided to just place the order on line and this bs happened. You know what i think though? I think they decided it was raining a little too hard and they just didn't wanna take any more orders. Thus being the reason for the phone having a busy signal for an hour straight. I was once a regular customer, however over the last month the service has been terrible. I know the owner and I don't think that he would approve of the way his restaurant is being ran by the employees. Sometimes, they close earlier than what the closing times show on the menu. Then,if they do take your order, the food gets to you over an hour late. The food is cold, with moisture in the contents. It's always sloppy upon delivery, and the customer has to microwave it. Which is sad,because I pay with my debit card.therefore it's impossible to send the food back,to much hassle. Mother of god, I've "tried" ordering 5....5 separate times ffrom this place after 10:00pm. Scattered from Friday, Saturday, Wednesday, Thursday, Tuesday. Hell any day. Always something.
