Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

The shake on the right is what I ordered, but the one on the left is what I got. This was as it turns out prepared by the 'shift leader'. I asked her how she made it and she said 'the correct way', this in spite of the fact that over her shoulder was a picture of the product as it was supposed to be. She had refused to give me a receipt too. At first I was going to let the appearance go but the taste was that of Oreo's. It seems she was trying to pass one of her other mistakes off on me. The fact she would not even admit that the appearance was wrong was the give away. They've always been rude in there as another mentioned they usually ignore a customer who first walks in, but the products been good once you got it, but this is the last time I'll go into any Baskins Robbins, or Dunkin' Donuts , which shares the location, for that matter the corporate office nor anyone else there cares about the piss poor all round service. Ordered birthday cake online. Cake was not ready at pick up time so had to wait for them to decorate a cake for me--not a happy camper since I had an order confirmation and a pick up time! That said, my biggest complaint about this particular store is and always will be the lack of doughnuts!! Ever time I go in for doughnuts, Where Are The Doughnuts I Ask? Always out. NO Variety!! Ordered a Birthday Cake that should have had 2 balloons on it with the words 'Love" and "Hope" on them and "Happy Birthday __" The next day went and picked it up and there were some very tiny balloons but no words on them.
