Starbucks — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

I have been to many different Starbucks’s and this one is by far the WORST I have ever been to. Not only do they make my drink horrible every time I go there, but they don’t even know how to make the cold foam right, it’s always watery and not foam. And almost every time my drink is the wrong size, yesterday I got a large instead of a medium and the girl tried telling me she made my drink in a medium cup but decided to pour it into a large “to fit the extra cold foam” but my drink had more coffee in it than a medium so I knew she was lying. Also, have never been talked to so rudely by a Starbucks barista before until I came here and she tried telling me that I needed to come a lot later to pick my mobile order up even though I showed up at the actual time it said my drink was done and I explained that to her and she continued to roll her eyes at me and give me attitude. NEVER again am I coming here!! Save yourself the money and time and go spend it at a different Starbucks that actually value and respect and care for...

Today is the 4th of July. Millions of people will be losing their healthcare, SNAP is gutted, the Child Tax Credit is gutted, ICE will now be the biggest law enforcement in the country as a result of the Big Besutiful BS that was passed yesterday. My daughter and I went here for coffees before going and doing a little shopping. Matt (the barista/cashier) was friendly from the moment we walked in. He took our order of 2 white mochas, a cake pop, and warm cookie all while explaining different options I had to recover the stars from my start bucks account I have been locked out of for about 2 years. The restaurant was clean with plenty of tables and the environment was great with some guests having a meeting while others were doing puzzles and enjoying their coffee. WE sat and matt brought the food to us while we waited on the coffees. The other barista (didn't catch her name) called us for the coffees and we picked them up from the counter.
