So me and my girlfriend went in there to order some food because we thought it would be faster than the drive thru right? (Bright thinking tho). So the cashier whose name was Johnetta did a horrible job at being the cashier (managing and handling money) and at customer service ... when she put the order in the computer I told her what the change would be before the computer could and she still gave me back the wrong change not only did she short me only 5 cents (it’s not about the money it’s about the principle) she gave me 3 quarters which is .70 more than what she should have ..... and when I was going to get my kids drinks tops was everywhere ,drink was spilled in multiple places, trash was everywhere fries was in the ground and seats.... fries looked so old that they looked like small hash browns..... trash was over flowing and all ... so when I was going to get drunk from the dispenser the machine was out of a lot of the drinks so I went back to johnetta who was still the cashier and I told her about the problem she told me in a rude,disrespectful, damn you got another problem tone that if I would have told her what drink I wanted she could fix it for me.... and with all this being said I got pictures to prove the mess and trash that I am taking about ... I have never worked for the Wendy’s franchise but I have worked at McDonald’s And subway who are competitors of Wendy’s and I can honestly say Wendy’s has a lot to do to even compete with either one of these companies .... if your establishment is dirty and not upkept then your food and the things you fix the food with isn’t up to par and if you don’t have good customer service how you suppose to get customers to keep coming back because sometimes it ain’t the food sometimes it’s the service that keep people...
Read moreIt’s normally not too bad when I go here, lines are long sometimes and may take a while but usually over all everything goes well. Today I went and there was no line, only 2 cars ahead of me. Everything seemed to be running fine, got to the speaker to order. Repeated myself 3 times trying to order a son of baconator, I thought the person taking my order finally understood because they stopped asking if I wanted a single double or triple. Well I get to the window to pay and the woman was on the phone. Should’ve been the first sign my order was gonna be wrong, but I don’t pay too much mind to it because I didn’t get a receipt. Continue on to the next window, and as soon as I get there, the person at the window Sounded like they were higher than a kite. I barley understand what they were saying cause it was so slurred, they handed me my order and I drove off, my mistake for not checking before I left. And finally I get home to open my bag and realize I didn’t even get the sandwich I had ordered. So long story short. It’s not bad customer service here what do ever, every one was kind but doesn’t seem like they pay too much attention...
Read moreIt was pouring down rain and I was initially told that someone would be with me in a minute at the drive thru. I waited 13 minutes at the speaker before someone responded to my hellos with "we'll be with you in a moment". I almost drove off but this girl was hungry. I parked and went inside. It took a while for someone to even walk by the counter and I asked for the manager. I told Portia(sp?) What happened and was wondering if any of them even cared how not cool it was to leave me and the 5 cars behind me hanging, not even taking my order yet. She got a little defensive explaining a cash register snafu as the reason and that she felt that it was more important to fix the money aspect. I told her where I was coming from and that someone needs to be taking orders while she does that and I needed her to care about how that made me feel as a customer. She said that she did and took my order free of charge. I told her that I get that I have to wait longer nowadays because the food is fresher and that's why I go to Wendy's. I sure hope that they fix that soon. The son of bacanator was great btw. Maybe makes it...
