Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

Ok I'm injured an as of now I'm walking with a cane. So I arrived at zaxbys on peterscreek and stood to place my order. A lady it seemed of Hispanic desent was very rude told me to go back to my an go through the drive thru cause her register was moving slow I asked could she take my order an write down send back so it could be prepared while I wait immediately I got a harsh and immediate no an was told to go back to my car an wait in a full drive thru. Luckily a new employee tashia was there an her and manager Corey got my order done quickly and efficiently.. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I repeat, "DO NOT EAT HERE"!!!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WASH THEIR HANDS!!!! I visited this restaurant on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 around 11:30am. One of the employees walked into the store, went behind the counter, signed in, and began to work. She DID NOT WASH her hands, whatsoever. This same employee bagged my food. I mentioned to the employee that I had a problem with her touching my boxed items because she DID NOT WASH her hands. Then, the stupid black girl with the fake, false, braided hair, reaching down to her butt, who took my order, stated that this employee was not required to wash her hands because she was not touching the food, only bagging the food. So, does that mean that when she and other baggers use the bathroom at work, they are not required to wash their hands because they do not touch the food???? For your information, The HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIRES ALL EMPLOYEES WORKING IN A RESTAURANT TO WASH...

I've never had a takeout restaurant that has so consistently gotten my order wrong. While the staff may be friendly and the food is good they almost always get the sauce wrong or just leave it out entirely even though I ordered the same sauce every time. The fries almost never have any seasoning on them at all and when they do have seasoning it's very little that you can barely taste it. The sweat tea often tastes a bit sour. And on several occasions they have gotten the serving size wrong for example I would order a six-finger plate but I would get a four-finger plate. I kept going back because one I love the chicken tenders and I understand that stuff like that happens but I've been there probably eight times now and almost every single time my order has been partially wrong.
