We don't do a lot of fast food so maybe that's rhe problem but we will not be going back to this location. We walked in, were greeted by a polite man, told someone would be right with us. We were looking over the menu, no one was behind us during this entire exchange. Explained we had never been there before. I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, mushroom Swiss burger, & cheese curds. Cashier asked if we wanted a drink I said yes. She puts one cup on the counter & pointing to the menu wall asked if we wanted the basket? I said no because we wanted onion rings & the basket showed fries. We had been looking for soup on the board but couldn't find it. I happened to look to the right & found it on another wall. Ordered soup. She then turned to me and asked didn't I want anything to eat? I again went over my portion of the order. She repeated the entire order back twice in a very fast, quiet voice. We could not understand what she was saying. This entire process took about 5 minutes going back & forth. I was ready to leave but he was hungry. Got our food, no onion rings. Checked the receipt, none on there. I had ordered them at least 3 times. His soup was very good. His burger was okay, but he said all he could taste was butter & grease. Mine was crispy, crunchy, & so dry I quickly emptied my drink. The curds came with no sauce, no offers of sauce, & appeared to be not done enough. The place was very clean. We did hear others complaining about the ordering process. There was loud music, employee chatter, & other noises coming from the back so maybe the cashier couldn't hear. Who knows. After watching the commercials & reading all the positive reviews we were very...
Read moreI virtually never write reviews on Google (positive or negative), but my experience with one of the cashiers here was so bad, I feel like something has to be said.
As part of my order, I got a kids' meal for my 7-year-old daughter. When the server brought it out, her applesauce and custard were both missing. I didn't notice the custard at first, but I sent my daughter up to ask for her applesauce. There was nobody in line, so my daughter went right up to the counter and asked the cashier for the applesauce. The cashier looked right at her, clearly noticed what she was doing, but ignored her and motioned a customer who had just walked in to come up and place his order.
After that happened, I went up to the counter and asked for the applesauce, which she gave me... without a spoon. So I asked for a spoon, got it, and went back to my table. After a few minutes I noticed the custard was also missing, so I went back up to the same cashier and asked for a custard. She said, "OK" and then went right back to taking orders. She never got the custard or asked anyone else to get it. I finally corralled another employee named Aidan and asked him for the custard. He came back with it a couple minutes later.
Unfortunately I don't know the bad cashier's name, as she wasn't wearing a name tag. But she was working the east cash register (farthest right if you're looking at the counter) at around 1:00 on 8/29/2021. I thought about asking her what her name was, but I lost my nerve.
In any case, all the other employees I interacted with were helpful, professional, and friendly, but that one girl really needs to...
Read moreI must say its the first time I had to go back to a review I left a while that was top notch and scale it back to this.... if there is one thing I hate is complaining or asking to fix and order but the last 4 times I have been here through drive through its always something. The concretes always come under portioned not full like it used to and why offer toppings if at the time of ordering are barely in the cup? I asked for vanilla concrete, chocolate syrup and salted caramel with pecans, I was given a vanilla concrete with 5 pecans in it a smear of a drop of chocolate i have to find and a string of caramel on top of the concrete. One of the times was even questioned by one of the kids when I went in to complain because why this keeps happening. The kid dared to say and questioned if I ate from it before coming which I didn't and after a back and forward a manager stepped in and fixed it properly. To end this time I try to asked them the difference and they just pointed at one and said have a nice day. No receipt no actual concern for the order being wrong just trying to get you out the way after paying. They say 3rd time is the charm.... well I gave 4 before dedication g time to even doing this but the frustration is insane knowing how expensive the food is from here. People expect what they pay for and to be shorted and treated like "keep it moving" is the new culvers...
