Frankly, I am highly skeptical of this 3.9 star rating based on the terrible reviews and my own personal experience.
If it were possible, it would receive no stars at all from me. 80% of the time, mobile orders are wrong entirely, or the portion size is an absolute joke. I once ordered a steak burrito bowl with beans, cheese, rice, fajita veggies, tomatillo, green salsa, corn, sour cream, and extra of everything. It came with no beans, no corn, no veggies, and half portion of everything else.
A second occasion (today, shown below): Ordered the same as listed above, but received a chicken burrito bowl with sorry portions.
Mind you, both of these were deliveries, and I paid for significantly more than what was delivered.
Furthermore, it is nigh impossible to contact the store via phone. The automated system refuses to connect you with a human being, even in an off-site customer support center. It simply tells you to lodge your complaint online. Considering it is this store in particular that consistently messes up, I need to speak with someone at the store itself. I am not sure if this is a company-wide system, but it needs to be changed regardless.
The first time, I was able to go to the store in person and speak with the manager. They re-made my order, but lo and behold, attempt number two was still ridiculously small.
Unfortunately, as was the case with my last order depicted below, I can't always go back to the store in person, nor should I have need to send a complaint the majority of the time I order from this location.

Read moreEvery time I go to this location I always have some type of issue however this was the final straw for me. While placing my order I asked for extra rice which I have done several times at many locations when I feel the two scoops aren't enough. The server then tells me that extra rice is now an extra fee. I explain to the server this is the first time I am hearing of this at any chipotle I have been too however she states due to inflation it will be an extra 1.65 per bowl. I agree to it reluctantly as this is not displayed on the menu above. I then ask for steak on my bowls and she tells me all they have is chicken and carnitas at 5pm on a weekday and could not tell me when it would be ready. I asked for fajitas and they also did not have that. So at this point I am already disappointed in the service and the lack of choices. I proceed to the register and try to claim my free guac for the points that I have and they tell me their system to redeem the points is done. I ask to speak with a manager in regards to this. I felt like maybe a discount could be implemented on the guac seeing as this was primary the reason I made a special trip on this day. She said there was nothing she could do, I explained to her if something is unavailable or not working especially the points system they should leave a message on the door to allow people the choice of continuing in placing their order. She was extremely nasty to me and other members in the line who were quite frankly just as upset as I was. My final straw was when I looked at my receipt and saw she charged me for an extra side.
