the food itself was good. I liked how they are generous with gravy for rice. the griot was good. the ratio of meat to rice could be better but it is nothing egregious. i enjoyed the inclusion of tomato and avocado.

recommendations: add pikliz and a small salad!!! just a little would go a long way with the look of the food and they're very standard additions at other Haitian restaurants! this is an easy fix

add numbers to the menu and make those prices and menu visible online. whether on Yelp, Facebook, a company website, an Instagram there just needs to be an easy to find picture of the menu with the items and the prices.

as i said earlier the prices are good and the menu is good but you may be losing prospective customers because i only learned about the menu when I went in!

customers might choose to eat elsewhere if simply seeing what is for sale is difficult

I'm big on these last two recommendations because i believe this restaurant has potential and can really stand out against the competition with such simple fixes!

I ate here for the second time Friday evening around 6:30 pm. What a big difference from my Sunday afternoon pickup. I got a chicken plate with black rice and a Turkey plate with black rice.
