Absolutely Amazing! If you are looking for 1st Class, look no more. Kulture on 1st has raised the bar. An excellent experience locally. It’s what Winter Haven has waited for. Charge too much to get in (my opinion) $20 (Saturday night)..Ladies free men $20...so basically the men are just paying for the ladies..Drinks $10 a pop Vodka..Little pricey for the location to me..I think they'll do alot better and get more people in there in turn make more money if they lowered those prices down some..10 to get in is fair..$7 dollars tops for what I drink..just my...

I went for brunch on 1st Sunday. I had wings and fries. The wings were awesome! Everybody in my group said their food was good. The drinks were also really good. It got crowded and took a lil long to get drinks at the bar but the bartenders were awesome at paying attention and trying to get people in the order that they arrived. I will...
