I genuinely feel like this store has went increasingly downhill for the past few years. I used to work here and when I did, the customers and management combined made me go insane, so I don’t necessarily blame the employees for their bad service because it makes it hard to succeed as a team member when you don’t have a supportive team or management. Unfortunately that is the case for many workplaces in this day and age.
My husband and I have been avoiding coming here but we were craving it tonight. We pull up to the speaker to give our order. There was some confusion about the order because she couldn’t hear us properly but she was quick to tell us our total without repeating the order back to us or asking if that would complete our order. When we drove to the window clarified our order because the total didn’t come up to what it should have. The girl seemed irritated, but corrected the order. We were asked to pull up to wait a little longer for the food, which is fine. When the girl came to give us our order my husband thanked her and said “have a good night.” She didn’t say a single word, just walked off , shaking her head a bit and throwing the door open.
The food was good other than the fact the nibblers buns were cut so unevenly there was barely any top bun on any of them.
I just felt upset at the whole interaction. On one hand I can understand why someone would be frustrated and act out if all odds were against them (I remember having rude customers and a terrible management, not a good mix), but on the other, I’m disappointed at how bad this...
Read moreIf i could give negative stars i would. Came through the drive through and ordered snack meal and fried pickles. The took my order after i paid they said move up to the white line. My receipt says 5:12pm and i got my order at 5:46pm. The team on schedule 2/24/25 is just awful at customer satisfaction. I walked in after waiting 25+ mins and watching how four cars got attended. Mind you this food is for my kids and there was not a car ahead of me. I was the only car in the drive through when i pulled up. I walked inside and the one white girl that’s attending. The drive-through was on her phone texting somebody and the other counter girl was taking two orders to the table and all of the “cooks” in the back talking and playing around, I did not see a glove or a hairnet in a 50 mile radius from Zaxby’s that evening. I had to say excuse me a few times before the busy girl on her phone said theyre waiting for the fried pickles. Nothing plated nothing started besides the watered down drink in the car. After i got my food, the cooks and drive through girl literally laughed and said have a nice day. The fact you (zaxbys) let employees handle customers that way is a shame. Lost a customer for sure. I will never return to a zaxbys or...
Read moreI rarely write reviews. However, the customer service at this location was really horrible. Even the store manager couldn't make an intelligent decision. We were visiting the area, and had never been to Zaxby's before. Since do many people rave about their food, we decided to give it a try. We ordered two wing meals, and were asked to choose a sauce. We also ordered a kids meal, but we weren't asked about a choice of sauce. Like most fast food restaurants, we figured we would ask for honey mustard sauce at the window. When we asked for the sauce for the kids meal, the young lady at the window replied, "That'll be $0.25." We calmly explained that we had no idea that kids meals automatically came with Zaxby's sauce, and it wasn't written anywhere. We also explained that nobody told us when we placed the order, and my son only eats honey mustard sauce (he's autistic and picky). They wanted to us to dig in our bag and give them back the Zaxby's sauce ( so they could give it to someone else) in exchange for a honey mustard sauce. We just asked for a refund of the $24.90 that we had just spent, since the $0.25 sauce was so important. The manager came to process the refund, which took forever, and didn't bother to ask what...
