Jan 2025 - Family bought home in Winters. On a visit to them, we wanted a Sat night bite and chose The Pizza Factory. I'm not a big pizza fan but my Air Force son is and we wanted to check it out. Compared to the big chain Round Table, this local franchise is much better in price, ambiance, and service and located in quaint old town Winters. The special sandie was brisket, good but not as great as the meatball sandwich. Senior mom had baked spaghetti, delicious sauce, not too piquant, fab garlic bread hunk on the side, tasted like homemade. I chose the Mini size Factory Special pizza and loved it. Soft, pillowy end crust, baked through but not overly crisp. Meaty with fresh veg and not greasy at all. Salad bar was fresh and generous. Clean, family shop and obviously popular by the brisk deliveries going out and customer pick ups. Definitely want to try the calzone and another pizza pie flavor. I don't normally choose pizza for a meal but glad to stop in again when visiting family. Good bang for less buck. Servers/owners super friendly. Coupons available AND military discount too which is great for my Air Force family. We left...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Ordered a pizza, ravioli, bbq chicken wings, bread sticks, and a cherry coke. The order arrive over an hour and a half later without the soda. Called them about missing the soda in which they said it would take 5 minutes to arrive. Half hour later they still didn't send the soda until we called again. The pizza was burnt to point where the color of the breading on the pizza was a dark brown to black, the ravioli was ice cold, the bread sticks had zero parmesan on them, the chicken wings were over cooked and dry, and when trying to explain all this the owner, he refused to listen and tried to say we lived 15 minutes away. While in the real world we lived only 5 minutes away, and the entire order was ruined. Can't stress this enough don't order from here unless you want a ride owner talking down to you like if you were a child, and don't order from here if you value your stomach. Worse...
Read moreGot a coupon for BOGO $10.99 lunch buffet. When we got there she says, in very accented English, "This one doesn't include salad." We said okay. The buffet rings-up for $12.95, not $10.99. Oh well, but there was never more than one pizza on the buffet the whole time we were there (noon to 1pm roughly, buffet hours are 11-2 and there were a few other customers having the buffet as well). There were some bread rolls and seasoned potato wedges. Not much of a buffet. The pizza was pretty decent - nice stringy cheese and tasty toppings, but I go to a buffet for variety. I looked at the menu - salad bar would have been another $12.95...
