Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Winterville

Several times we have ordered BOX sets with cheese bread and deep dish pizza and got home with deep dish pizza 2 of them but no cheese bread BUT we got the dipping sauce. When you call the manager says you have to bring the pizza right back and they will fix it not considering time and gas to go back. We order at least one day a week usually around 40.00 of this inexpensive pizza. Today the manager Heather said she cut mine and it did not say box set ok so if that is true WHY was my husband given two pizza and no breadsticks to dip??? She said I needed to come back and they would fix it. I am babysitting kids and dogs. Sometimes people can’t come right back. I mean really they need to change some policy. If they make a mistake then they should have 1 of their many employees get in their car and bring it to us then we don’t waste our time and our gas for THEIR error. I guess I need to try the other Little Caesar’s in Greenville on Charles and quit wasting my time and gas for this place. And just to mention when we got pizza last week a new employee who said she had only been there four days made an error on a pizza the person who ordered brought it back and I don’t know who the manager was but she was yelling so loud in the back all of us in the lobby and it was packed we’re all looking at each other then there were things being thrown from the left to the right and we all saw it. I ordered online and ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza, two orders of wings and an order of stuffed crazy bread, only to get a phone call informing me they "no longer made the pretzel crust" and was asked if I'd like a regular stuffed crust or something else. I graciously accepted a regular stuffed crust in its place. I arrived at the set time my order was supposed to b ready and was told to pull around front from the drive thru window and it would b ready in 6 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all at this time, we were the only customers. 10 minutes later we decided to pull back up to the window and after waiting another couple minutes at the window for someone to come we were handed a regular stuffed crust pizza, two orders of wings and an order of REGULAR crazy bread, which we were never informed was going to replace the order of stuffed crazy bread I actually ordered and was charged for.
