I really don’t understand how this place has 4 stars?! Today, I’ve officially decided I’m not going back to this place. I waited in line for over 25 minutes with only one car ahead of me. The both of us were told to pull up to wait for our orders. At over 20 minutes the cashier finally emerges with the car in front of me food. I asked where was mine, after all I had been waiting 20 minutes and she said I’m about to make it. I said give me a refund and I told her I did not have time to wait. Why was this place even open today with two workers?! And if that’s the case, don’t you guys think it’s a good idea to at least tell the customers that they may be in for a long wait. I can’t think of one time where I’ve visited this place and did not have to wait a long wait but today, I’ve decided enough is enough. This place needs new management. I cannot believe they are operating a restaurant with drive thru and lobby with two people. Unbelievable!
Also to add: during this same visit, I asked for a coke to drink. The drink tasted weird. I also ordered a blizzard that did not taste right. My son even mentioned that his icecream tasted bad and that he couldn’t eat it. Something is not right here. How can a drink, heath blizzard and vanilla icecream all have a weird taste! I dread having to come here, but my wife loves the moolatte, but there have been numerous times where even trying to order just that was a hassle. they have told us alot that the machine for moolatte was broken or down, when thats all we came there for. the blizzards this past year or two looked like it was runny and liquidy, and i would constantly have ice cream already dripping over the side of the cup, as if its already melted. it doesnt inspire confidence in the service, and it made me not want blizzards any more. once is one thing, but almost every time over this 2 years, is a completely different story. this location typically only had 1 person working front and drive through, and 1 cook. extremely understaffed, and we have to wait a good 30 minutes sometimes because of this. i dont blame the staff, i blame the higher ups for allowing this, and letting it continue for so long, to where they are...
Read moreI struggle with this review because Dairy Queen is my favorite place to go and get ice cream. We typically go 2 to 3 times a week. For the last couple of months, they have not been able to serve chocolate ice cream for one reason or another. Usually not a big deal, I just have them add fudge, but the last 3 visits they told me they had chocolate when I ordered, but handed me vanilla instead. When I questioned the order, I was then told that they did not have chocolate. I normally don't let stuff like that bother me because mistakes happen, but this happened three times in a row. It almost felt like they just hoped I didn't notice? The last visit I had to return because they made both blizzards incorrectly, one of them was just a cup full of vanilla ice cream. Possibly they have new people training. At any rate, any ice cream is good ice cream so the quality is not the issue. I will still visit this store, I just hope they can fix their fulfillment...
