Tie Breakers - Winterville — Restaurant in Winterville

As many of my family and friends know I have always recommended Tie Breakers after moving to ENC 7 years ago. The Greenville location has been more than accommodating over the years, and I cant thank them enough.

However, I'm reaching out to you after having the absolute worst customer experience in Winterville, NC. The Bar/Kitchen manager has no remorse for issues created by the staff. A to-go order, of a house salad and 12 traditional wings, was quoted 15-20 min placed at 803 and was finally fulfilled at 850. We were informed that a party of 30 had shown up 5 min before our pick up time delayed our order.... not sure how that happens.

The "Bar manager" stated that she had a new person behind the bar that resulted in the outcome.

I feel that the management needs to be revisited at this location, due to lack of customer service, and employee appearance. (Huge sweatshirts, baggy jeans, and overall lack of...

I'm in the neighborhood and have stopped in on this Tie Breakers location a few times. I stopped in for a quick bite the other night, during the weekday, not realizing the kitchen was closing (9 pm). The bartender Hannah was super sweet and checked with the kitchen then took my order. She made good suggestions as to what she liked, and it was spot on. There were a few others in finishing up their drinks and she was very accommodating within reason to them as well. Every time I've been in all the wait staff and bartenders went out of their way to provide excellent service. The food was above par for what you'd expect from a pub and haven't been disappointed with anything that comes out of the kitchen.
