The food here is great! It’s always been good, and so have the coffees. BUT, the last two times I’ve stopped here, I’ve asked for the snack wrap (with the hashbrowns) with the white cheddar cheese and sausage; this is done through mobile order. BOTH TIMES, the snack wrap has come with the regular bacon and orange cheese. Now, I can eat bacon just fine, but I asked for sausage and didn’t get it. What if I was allergic to bacon? That might seem extreme, but when customers make requests they should be followed. I also work in food service, so I understand it can get busy, but I didn’t get what I was expecting to have paid...

EXTREMELY slow, at one point there was 15-20 people inside waiting for drink orders. We were there half an hour waiting and some people were there longer than that. The guy doing the drinks was skipping around the drink orders doing them by what ones were easy instead of by who ordered first. When we got there 4 people were working, by the time we left there was 6 and nobody helping with the drinks for people inside instead there were 3 people doing the window and the cashier had to come help do drinks causing a line to form at the register of people...
