So after years of ordering pizza here, I all of a sudden get told I have to prepay because of an incident from over a year ago. It was a mistake on their end and I’ve placed orders several times since then. So because of a misunderstanding I was treated badly by the “manager” Thomas. He just kept saying I’m sorry and did not try to fix anything and told me he’s the ultimate last word and there was no one else I could speak with about his behavior. But when you treat customers like you don’t want them there, they will not come back. No problemo. My family (and there’s a lot of us that go there) will not be back. Just bad management issues. If anyone knows the owner, they may want to give them a heads up before this guy runs all his customers off. Btw, moondog brick oven is right next door. A little more pricey but amazing food...
