Stopped in with a coupon for a family deal - 1 lg 1 topping pizza, 1 medium salad, 1 lg order breadsticks, 1 2-liter pop. I found the coupon online and printed it. I wrote down what I wanted for the pizza & salad on the coupon. Pepperoni and the butter cheese crust, chicken bacon ranch salad. The coupon online did not specify what type of salad. The gentleman at the counter said it was supposed to be the tossed salad but as the coupon was not specific he was very nice & gave me my choice. As he was punching in my order, he was reading it from what I wrote on the paper. The service was quick & friendly & I did not wait long. I got home & sat down to eat & realized there was no pepperoni on the pizza. At all. I called to let them know and was told my ticket said double cheese and not pepperoni. They made no offer to fix the error on their part, even the when he read what I wrote down & confirmed what I wanted, we both said pepperoni. No bring it back, no we'll give you a free anything, not even a free topping on my next pizza. The food, overall, tasted fine, but I am not likely to go back. Read moreUpdated review again: We gave this place one more try as it is close but it was even worse than last time. They forgot to make the breadsticks and instead of making a whole new order and not charging for breadsticks they let our pizza get cold while waiting for the breadsticks. They gave us a 2 liter for the inconvenience but the pizza was cold by the time it got home so it was not very good. Breadsticks were ok though since they were actually warm which is why it has a 2 star for the food. We will not be back for good.
Updated review: Not sure if the owner has changed but disappointed in them. Be careful when paying there because they’ll charge you a convenience fee for using your credit card without letting you know there’s a convenience fee before. That’s just bad business to not let the customers know in advance. I would have used a different method of payment. Pizza was still good although toppings are light. We won’t be back because clearly they don’t care about customers anymore.
