As a response to your reply on my recent review:

Your uber eats ordering platform only has the "no" option for toppings, therefore there is not an option to ADD the toppings that you want. As I mentioned I was ordering for a couple of weeks now and assumed the no actually meant to add the toppings because why would it say "No" and ALL toppings possible are listed when the sandwich does not even bring those toppings. In my previous orders using the selection under the "no" toppings I actually selected the toppings I wanted and your kitchen actually put those toppings in every time so I assumed you guys just have an error on the ordering platform and that the "no" section is for selection of the toppings you want to add. So I think you guys need to fix this because there is no clear section to "add" toppings and if all the previous times I selected the extra toppings I wanted under this "no" selection and they were added to the sandwich then there is a clear miscommunication. Also it doesn't make sense that you are saying that is the "no" toppings selection but I also selected bacon and jalapenos under the "no" toppings and you guys added those but not the pickles and mayo?? The sandwich does not originally come with bacon and jalapenos so I'm not sure how this makes sense with what you are saying.

Secondly when I said the food was cold it was not the day I listed the review that the food was cold, I said the food was cold when I went previously in the previous weeks and I was the one picking up my food every time. I always ordered on uber eats for pick-up not drop off. It says food will be ready within 10 minutes, so about 3 times I ordered and I got there right at 10 minutes and the food was done and cold. So the day I posted the review I got there a little under 10 minutes figuring that the food is getting done quicker then 10 minutes but the food was not ready that time so I waited about an extra 10 minutes and that is the day I had the issue with the toppings.

I'm not one to complain under reviews, and your food is not bad it's just little issues that should be fixed. I would have liked to just resolve it over a phone call given that I couldn't leave work again to speak to someone there but unfortunately you guys do not answer your phones. It's just a machine that tells you to go online to order, when you try to get to a person it rings and rings and then hangs up on...

Absolutely awful!! AVOID THIS PLACE! There is a scummy element that hangs out here trying to HARASS and GROOM women who come in. Do the staff, from the Bartenders to the people working security at the door help when this happens?? NO. They are actually complicit. At most they say that they are nice guys and that's just how they are. STAY FAR AWAY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!!

Edit: I would direct your attention to the reply to my review (which was obviously not regarding a Monday) to see the level of professionalism of the staff and the owner. In his bitter and childish attempt to discredit my review he only confirms what kind of business this is. Rather than engage with the critisim, as most businesses would be horrified to learn that this had happened under their roof, he lashes out with insults, calling me a clown. Absolutely pathetic.

Second Edit: The owner has once again attempted to attack me personally for my review. Take this as further evidence of his pathetic attempts to obfuscate all responsibility for his establishment. Dissapointed . Been ordering the past few weeks during work from uber for pickup, it says 10 minute estimate I get there within 10 minites and the food is already done and its cold. I Keep giving the benefit of the doubt So i order again another day get there a little quicker and then I have to wait 10-15 minutes for my food when every other time I get there in the specified time and the food is done and cold so it's a no win situation. Today I order a sandwhich with bacon, onions tomatos, jalapeños mayo and pickles included and it has ZERO mayo and ZERO pickles in it. Sandwhich is completly dry and just not how I ordered. Can't even call to correct the order because They dont answer their phones theres no way to reach them other then going back there.
