I have had so many bad experiences at this place, this review is long over due. Today I ordered a coffee on the app. When I got there they hadn't received my order. The girl there insisted I didn't order it there since they hadn't gotten my order. I then went to the dunkin down the road to make sure I didn't order it there accidentally. They didn't have my coffee either so I went home to get my phone so I can prove I ordered it in this store. When I got there and showed her my order history she still wouldn't make my coffee because the order still hadn't come in on their end. The woman she was working with ended up making my coffee but not before arguing with me about it. In between all this the woman that ended up making my coffee was making fun of customers who have complaints about long waits for their orders. I ordered my coffee over a half an hour before actually receiving it all the while having to argue about whether I ordered it from them and whether they should make it for me even after proving to them I bought it from them. This only the most recent problem I've had with this store. I can go on all day about times I went to the drive through and no one takes my order even though there were no other customers. Read moreGreat D&D but ever since the remodel, I can only go at certain times because the customers aren't smart enough to use the parking lot properly. We're meant to drive counter clockwise and pull into the parking spots due to the spots being slanted. So if you're lucky enough to find a spot, it takes a few minutes to pull out because you have people driving around you in every direction except the front. And of course they are not looking, just a mess of people looping around, hitting the breaks suddenly, and honking at each other until they finally exit out of the entrance. Enter/do not enter signs and arrows painted on the ground to direct customers MAY help.
Even the gas station/dry Grocery side of the business isn't worth it. There's always a line of 10 people because of someone that buys lotto. When you take forever to ring these people up, start a conversation with them to make it longer, let them cut the line, then frantically wave the next person over before the lotto person is even gone from the counter because NOW there in a hurry,...
Read moreThe (new) manager was very rude! I ordered a sandwich on the mobile app. I choice the option on the app for the croissant to be made to a bagel. I pulled up to the window to get my order and noticed right away it was incorrect. Also, the sandwich was cold ! I went inside and asked for it to be made the way I ordered it. The new manager became upset and slammed my sandwich in the garbage, threw the bagel in the oven and slammed the oven door as well! While making me a new sandwich she was also handling other customers items with aggressive manner. A customer should never have to experience this. Managers should be an example to their employees and NEVER display this...
