TERRIBLE SERVICE! I asked and paid for extra shrimp, but did not receive any. When I called, the lady that answers called me a LIAR and said that I never asked for it, when I know I specifically asked for it AND repeated my order to her in its entirety. She told me to come pick up my shrimp if I wanted it (even though I ordered delivery) and when I got there, so told me I needed to pay. She never told me I would be charged while on the phone, and waited until I drove all the way to the store to tell me that. I told her she was being unreasonable and that I just wanted to enjoy my dinner, but couldn’t b/c of her refusal to acknowledge she’d made a mistake. She said a few things in her native tongue and then brought me this container. The shrimp smelled as bad as it looked and honestly, I didn’t want to argue with her anymore. I let her know I’d be posting a review, took this disgusting shrimp, and now here we are! This is what happens when they get your order wrong! (This happened in DEC 2021, but they removed my review. This is a hit or miss type of place. Mostly it's a miss, though:. it's on the expensive side, they don't deliver, and it's just not good. I haven't been back here in a while because of the inconsistencies in the food, and trust me, when it's bad, it really IS bad. Why go here when there's a fabulous place across town that delivers promptly for free and is ALWAYS fantastic? That place rhymes with China "Clock" wink wink, and you don't have to spend a fortune to get free GREAT things with your meal. Sun Hing gives you a 2 liter bottle of soda, usually with a huge order, and it doesn't matter how huge:. always just one bottle. Never Again... We ordered 2 meal combos and one of the meals was awful. The coconut chicken tasted like bad fish.This is the second time it happened. I called to let them know and the lady started laughing and said they dont cook fish.That made me even more sick,thinking the chicken was that bad to taste like it did..I asked for the meal to be replaced and she questioned me if the problem might be me,"did I ever eat coconut chicken before."
