Food was great and made fresh however, it took well over 20 minutes just sitting at the window waiting..and then finally the girl who.took the order finished like staring In literal space, finally realized the bag of tacos had been placed like right of her register screen and then preceeded to check over what was in it. Then opens window asks us I repeat 12 tacos no lettuce . And has to call over another lady to confirm( how to count. I guess,) no to confirm it was our order. . . ?. Wow... like All we ordered was 12 tacos no lettuce longest wait ever .. however I must say I was impressed that all 12 tacos were actually made correct. Staff or atleast order taker/ cashier was 100 % very very rude. And when I asked if there was sauce in the bag already she says u want sauce ? I say, " yes, hot sauce please. And she just stares blankly at my holding my bag open between us both. And so I said again hot sauce please?. She says, no sauce I then say uuum. Noo. I'd like hotsauce please, and straight up,sighs out loudly, cuz she is somehow annoyed but WITH me(LOL!WTF?!) Then blinks twice and rolls she rolls her eyes !?!?!... and finally takes my bag, closes window starts a conversation with another employee then finally puts hotsauce in my bag.. I get home there where a total of exactly 4 freaking hot sauce packets! For 12 tacos!?!? Did work out so well even with my old man and me splitting one sauce 3 ways which that in itself was extremely almost impossible considering inflation obviously hurt Jack in the Box like Severly with as little drips we were able to get out of each damn near empty sauce packets .HOLY Cow if the tacos wouldn't have been made correctly and actually as fresh and yummy as they were, we' d never go back with that very rude and poor customer service . Not to mention I personally have no problem with Marijuana, nor do I use it and I though it Is legal now in most places. I still feel if it affects peoples brains in the negative, most unproductive way possible like as much as it was obviously affecting that crew there at that locations ( minus the cook_ thanks man Great job, u literally kept the business, everyone else in there- well I'd better not say my thoughts.) Then again., I will say one thing, those chick's at night should ither quit or seriously save that shit for home use, and right before bed , like ,Only. Because that job isn't rocket science, it's basic English for the communication Q&A part/order taking, then simple pictures on the screen for you to tap on what the customers are or aren't wanting so the most basic computer skills and simple addition for collecting cash you don't even need to know math. The computer does all the subtracting and adding for you, you just need to know numbers, like numbers 1-100. It tells you total amount for order as well tells you exact amount of change to give back to customer if any afterwards... And with that I have to add, " How many taco packets should be given per 12 tacos? Mmm, idk.?. - oh wait., anyone with even a half of a single brain cell left would probley give at the least..hmm. oh yea um 12 freaking packets !! NOW, How many employees does it take to count a total of 12 tacos.?. 3 ., in their...
Read moreAs a business owner and new resident to the area, I do not take reviews lightly. In fact, if I'm compelled to write a review, the situation must've presented a serious breakdown in professionalism. I do plan to escalate my concerns to the owner of this location.
I get it - working any holiday or important day can pose many challenges, but the person who took my order & worked the window on Christmas around 2-3pm was not only unprofessional, but seemed to lack common decency.
From the minute I placed my order, the worker was not only rude, but before I could even complete my order and tell them what drink I would like with my order, they attempted to conclude my order without see what I wanted to drink. Once I mentioned that my last meal came with a drink, the worker snapped back with, "well, what do you want?" My wife, who wasn't particularly paying attention while I ordered, even heard the response from the worker. Once at the window, the worker's attitude continued.
We checked our bags and thought we had everything, but noticed that we were missing a few items. I pulled into the parking lot and my wife went inside to rectify the issue.
Once inside, my wife explained what we were missing, and the worker who was at the window continued with their unprofessional and rude behavior. Even suggesting that my wife was not being truthful about the items we were missing. The MOD accommodated my wife and rectified the issue. As my wife walked out the door, she was called a b**. I hardly think that was necessary to settle two medium orders of curly fries & onion rings.
Again, I can't imagine that working on an important day is ideal for many people, but courtesy doesn't...
Read moreMy personal opinion on this jack in the box is the staff. When choosing to work in the fast food and our restaurant business you gotta have a staff that really cares cause they will make the difference, customer feel better knowing they not only got their food but was also receiving good service doesn't matter if you go inside or go through the drive through its disappointing they will get your order wrong even after repeating it back to you I can explain how many times me or my children's dad have gone back and yes the he'll we do drive back cause for damn near thirty dollars plus my food should come the was I politely asked I have been giving burgers I didn't order tacos I didn't order and then some and it's gotten to the point every time I do choose to go I order a number fifteen cause how can you mess nuggets and fries with no salt and that's another thing due to medical reason I always ask for no salt and boom they will give me fries with salt and boom I have a reaction it's terrible personally I prefer to cook at home but every now and again like every mom A busy day of running you just wanna grab something quick and this jack in the box just isn't it. Not all the staff is bad but it hard to catch the good staff members who actually care to listen to...
