Bamboo China — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Ive been going here for years!!! Food usually always good, but have been few times my order has come and its been messed up. I called up and all i got was its busy hour and nothing they can do i leave to far (which pay for delivery charge) i kept trying to talk but kept cutting me off saying her mistake and apologizing but not trying to make right for a long time customer at all. All she kept saying she know's im long time customer but she didnt care if loses me as customers after all these year and hung up on me. All i wanted was for a future fix and compensation on next order. She said we dont do that and that was that. Im very shocked and disappointed in how all of this had to happen and way she handled it and not caring of losing long times customer. Im in business and never ever treated or treated a customer as she did and I was always taught customer's always right or try to fix problem for them anyway i could. I love the food, I have no problem with the food. it’s the woman delivery driver who constantly makes me lose my appetite when she delivers. There’s been about 3 times this woman has delivered to me and every single time she forces a tip. I understand people live off of tips but when I ask what the total is and you lie to me just because you want extra cash I’m not tipping anymore. This woman has told me at my work place that she would take an ice cream cone as a tip one time. Today she goes “your not going to leave a tip” I asked is it forced she said of course not then continued to say well you get tips you should give them. (Very unprofessional) all the tips that I make get donated to children’s miracle network hospitals through my place of work, I don’t keep my tips, I don’t take them home, it’s not spent in myself. I wish I could negatively review. Absolutely disgusted by how I was treated. Who ever works there is horrible. I had an issue with a door dash order and it was cancelled. I was instructed to reorder in which I choose to pick up instead. I got confirmation from door dash my order was ready. When I get there to pick up my food I say my name and she starts screaming at me that I already picked up my food and that I am a theft and a scam artist try to scam her out of free food. She told me to leave and go eat my food and stop trying to steal from her. She would not even let me get a word in even when I had confirmation of the food order placed and confirmation to pick it up. I can’t believe that someone would speak to another human like that.
